Formerly a 3 bed 3 bath condo, this unit was renovated in 2018 and is now a one of a kind one bedroom. You won't find any other one bedroom condos with this much space and amenities like these in Sun Valley. Wood floors, granite counter tops, hand distressed baseboards and cabinet work give this condo a warm and inviting feeling. Guest Access to Sun Valley Inn pool and Olympic pool included.

Newly remodeled one bedroom with full kitchen, living area and washer dryer. The condo is situated just off of the 18 hole Trail Creek golf course in Sun Valley. Just a short walk to the Sun Valley Village and next to Dollar mountain.

In the winter, the golf course turns into the Nordic center with activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing. This playground is just outside your front door, enabling you to snowshoe or nordic ski right from the condo (pass required).

In the summer, fresh water streams flow to ponds throughout the condo association, and the lighted walkway provides plenty of space for leisurely walks.

The condo is not next to any roads or parking lots which provides a quiet setting with ample space for kids and adults to play and relax!

This condo is in a prime location of the New Villager condo association in Sun Valley just off of the Trail Creek golf course. The New Villager, Villager, and Dollar Meadows associations are true gems of Sun Valley, as they are the only condo associations with open lawn areas, walking paths, and seasonal fresh water streams and ponds flowing throughout the grounds.

Condo Association Rules for Renters. All guests staying at our condo must abide by the rules for renters.

    Andrew's communication with us was excellent! Uncomplicated access to property which was spotless with luxury towels, appliances and furnishings. The Baldy Fairway view is breathtaking at this tranquil location and close to SV resort. We could hear the symphony on the generous patio in the evening rounding out a perfect week!

    We enjoyed the natural beauty of Sun Valley staying in a very comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. Our favorite restaurant was Tundra in Hailey. The manager was very considerate and helpful.
