NEW Wrightsville Beach 3 Bedroom Condo, 50 Steps to Beach, Ocean Views!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was well maintained and very clean. Everything we needed and more. The communication from the property manager was excellent and very accomodating. We would highly recommend, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just steps to the beach and the pier. More than enough space for 4 (including 2 teenage boys). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The garage easily fit 2 SUVs (back to back) and there was also a parking pass to park out on the road if needed. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and available for any questions. The hosts were very gracious as well. I highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this home - we stayed with four adults and three children ages 2-4. Everyone LOVED the house, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids since the on-suite bathroom had a nice tub for them to bathe in. We loved all the rooms and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable! The home is immaculate and just as pictured in the images. It is the second floor of the building, so you can hear footfall from the top floor if people are checked in upstairs. There was also some noise from cars/motorcycles in the public parking lot, but you could only hear it from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom had a nice tower fan which created white noise to decrease sound coming from the live band at the bar nearby or the public parking area out front, and we never felt disrupted in the main living area from the parking lot noise unless the sliding doors were open. There were beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon in the garage - which were a nice surprise - and the kitchen was very well appointed.The onsite host was very welcoming and made check in/ check out a breeze! The linens were wonderful and much higher quality than we have been accustomed to renting from local realty companies; it was also a much nicer check in/check out experience - beds were all made and towels laid out for us when we arrived. We loved the property and overall experience - we will certainly return!

We had a great stay. The cleaner had a family emergency that he understandably had to attend to and so the unit was not completely ready upon our arrival. However, the cleaner communicated thing clearly and was able to rectify things very quickly. The owner was also gracious in his response. We were very happy with everything in the end.

We loved the condo! Really close to the beach and next door to a yummy restaurant, the shark. Had everything we needed, really nice furniture and decor. Comfy beds. Would def stay again.

Perfection! We were very impressed with this condo. It was beautiful, very clean, and the location is unbeatable. The best beach trip we have had in years, zero complaints.

Beautiful, clean condo with great location to beach and restaurants. Tom was welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Would definitely stay there again. Some suggestions would be to have a printed notebook with all the directions etc that are on the app. Also, some beach towels and more bath towels. Still, a 5 star unit

What a wonderful stay my family had! Everything was perfect, so clean and beautiful! The location is the best, steps away from the beach, and so many close places to eat. Tom was also great! He contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed! We truly appreciate everything! I highly recommend this beautiful condo for a family vacation, plenty of space for everyone! Last but not least, thank you so much Tom for offering shipping the toy my son left behind, that was so sweet of him!

Great place. Very large, clean and nicely furnished. Close to beach with great ocean view. Would love to stay here again. Manager was helpful with getting directions and checked in smoothly.

Our family had a great stay! Location is great as you are steps away from the beach and a quick walk to shops and restaurants! Property was well maintained and ready to go from the minute we arrived. We had a wonderful weekend in Wrightsville Beach. The property manager Tom was very helpful and responsive. The condo was perfect for our long weekend celebrating the wedding celebration of the daughter of very dear friends. The condo is very modern and has everything you need. The location is perfect.

We loved our stay which was reserved so we could enjoy the beach while in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect for my husband, our daughter, and her boyfriend. We all wished we could stay longer. Everything from the location at Johnny Mercer's Pier, proximity to cute boutiques, food establishments, and the wedding venue at Wrightsville Manor, the design and comfort of the condo and its openness, the garage with beach chairs and other itesm, and Tom, our awesome host, exceeded our expectations! We hope to be back in the future! If only every beach vacation could be just like this one (with a little warmer temp). Thank you for offering your fabulous condon to the VRBO community!

This place is definitely 5 stars, it was remarkably clean and organized. The view of the beach was stunning. Check in process was seamless and Tom was so darn helpful and super nice and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was absolutely wonderful !!!!!!!

Our party of 6 gathered in Wrightsville Beach as our son’s Ironman Support Team for his Birthday and first Ironman race. We had a great time and Pier Fun was a wonderful home base for us! The place is exactly like the photos. The proximity to the beach is so close. We enjoyed waking up to gorgeous sunrises and walking on the white sand beach. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfy, the porch a great spot, the living room has a massive TV for watching football, it just couldn’t be better! Shout out to Tom who made sure we were settled in and doing fine. We loved our stay. Thank you for opening up your beautiful beach home.

this unit was perfect for us ! it was clean, well laid out, steps away from the beach and walkable to great coffee / bfast spots etc. instructions for entrance/exit very clear, and i must say i am very impressed by the digital operating instructions for appliances ! you can't go wrong with this unit.

Great location and amenities

We loved the place. It was slightly difficult to locate the gate for property GPS wasn’t helpful. But other than that small thing- the location is prime!! The condo is amazing and it was a great place for the family be together for a wedding 🏖️

Conveniently located right next to Johnny Mercer Pier. Home was very well appointed with plenty of space to accommodate 6 adult family members. The property manager was very responsive to the few inquiries we had (elevator was a little wonky). The private 2 car garage was a real plus, as was the extra refrigerator in the garage for cold items to take to and from beach.
