New Vista Cay 3 Bedroom 2 bath - Next to Epic Universal / Conv. Center - Ocean

The property is in a safe, quiet, a gated community that's in a prime location in Orlando. There's a Publix in walking distance and many amusement parks and dining options within a 15 minute drive. The property is very spacious and comes with access to various amenities like a pool, gym, game room, etc. We were two adults and four kids staying in a 3 bedroom condo and the space available was perfect for us. The condo was modern, well furnished, and had spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and a spacious balcony. My only criticism is with respect to cleanliness and some maintenance. Regarding cleanliness, the ventilation in the hallway between condos was poor so there was a consistent foul smell throughout our stay. We'd often notice ants in the kitchen and that wasn't a big deal, but I figured I'd mention it since that can be off-putting for some. And with regard to maintenance, the condo is in a need of a few repairs. There's a broken light hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and the floor under the kitchen table is badly damaged from furniture scraping it. None of these things would deter me from staying again, but they definitely play a role in me not giving the property a perfect score.

This is one of the best condos that I have ever stayed in. Pool is great. You can walk to the nearby Publix grocery store. There’s a restaurant in the small strip mall that serves the best breakfasts. This place is centrally located to everything. I’m fussy…I highly recommend this place

The condo was great location for our stay. Really close to the convention center. It was clean and large enough for our family.

Stay Review:The location was excellent, and the layout of the unit was awesome. It was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of some of the furnishings. The furniture appeared dirty, and I found hair on the floors and inside the bathroom drawers. In addition, the pillows in the bedroom with the double beds were worn out and torn.When guests pay a significant amount of money for accommodations, they want the assurance that the property has been thoroughly cleaned and cared for. Attention to these details makes a big difference in the overall experience. As the saying goes, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Treating guests with the same level of care and consideration you would expect for yourself goes a long way.Overall, the location and layout were wonderful, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed to match the price paid for the stay.

It’s very convenient to the theme parks and the pools were very nice. The only minor issue was the furniture. Not very comfortable for lounging. Not a deal breaker if you’re out doing stuff all day, but if you want to hang around the condo it could be better.

For an adult only stay, this property is perfect. Close to the pool and shopping.

Excellent location for visiting the parks. Apartment is as on photos, big rooms. Lots of space. Lovely to have a big outdoor terrace. The pools were nice and not busy. We didn’t make it over to the clubhouse as we only had a few days there and it’s in the opposite complex. Would stay again.

This was a great place and resort to stay for our family of 5. It was 5 mins from Epic Universe and 15-20 from Universal/Island. Communication with the host was quick. For the most part it was a clean house. There were a few areas like corners or walls or even a few dishes that needed a little extra cleaning.

Property was lovely, plenty of room for our party. Had everything we needed. Pool was fun, two pools hot tub with bar. Good location, very close to Epic Universe. Would stay again

Incredible time. Located near everything. Went to Disney and universal. Couldn’t believe how easy it was to get everywhere. Condo was quiet and beautiful. Will positively be back again! 10/10

Beautiful, spacious property perfectly located for Universal (especially Epic Universe). It's a very easy walk to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. We weren't here long enough to visit the pools, but they looked great. The unit was super clean, and we loved the huge bathrooms. Definitely a better value than getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, we noticed the floors were sticky and not cleaned. Drawers had some small debris and were not wiped down. We messaged the property manager about this, but never received a response. Later we found the flusher on the master toliet was dirty and noticed the apartment was infested with tiny tiny tiny water bugs. Im a little frustrated that the property manager never responded especially since there is a large cleaning fee included with the room I would have expected better management of the property. There is mold in the master shower and in the Washer machine. As for other parts of the stay, I would say the property was very quiet. The King bed was not comfortable and felt lumpy. The double beds felt like newer more plush mattresses. The appliances all worked and the kitchen is a full kitchen with everything you will need. It is very spacious. The property amenties were nice, there was a nice playground for kids and a nice pool. The parking is also good, elevator worked properly, and trash seemed to be picked up frequently from the receptacles. Overall the stay was pleasant, but not as nice as i would have expected for the price.

We had a great time here Christmas week! The condo was fabulous and the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub, and playground were so much fun. We have a few minor suggestions that we will reach out to the host about that we think would enhance the place even more! Hope to return again soon.

Ya was pretty good

The unit was very nice and updated. We had no issues accessing the community nor the unit itself. Loved the updated appliances and TVs. The water pressure was great and the water never turned cold. My only gripe was there was hair located on the bedding and towels when we arrived, the tv remote in the living room was dead so we had to use the remote from another bedroom, and there were small ants/pests in the kitchen (mostly on the countertops). However, we spoke to the host and maintenance came out to correct the last 2 issues by inserting new batteries into the remote and spraying bug spray in the kitchen.

We had a great time and the place was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big. Beds are comfy but a bit soft. Location was perfect for Disney and Universal. Pools were really nice and not too busy. Only suggestion would be to have a few basic spices and olive oil maybe. I would suggest to bring garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs with you instead of buying it down there and having to leave it.

Great place, great location to convention center. Apartment did lack cooking pans and storage containers. No mixing bowls or Tupperware.

Accommodations were great! Enough space for us. Only suggestion I would have is to have some mixing bowls and a bowl for fruit. Also, white bedding is always preferred. I suggest replacing the black blanket/quilt. Thank you!

The property is very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked. The rooms are big. We had a great time. There were 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Would defiantly book again.

My family of four stayed for one week. Everything was great!!! The condo was immaculate. The location was great. The condo is a few minute walk to grocery store, an awesome breakfast/lunch diner, coffee shop, liquor store, and gift shop. Very close to Universal. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever with our condo. We could walk to new pool and bar in two-minutes. It was quiet and we slept well. The pool bar drinks are expensive (two drinks were 39) so we only had one drink at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is great, having two full bathrooms and three rooms, it was more than enough for a group of 7 adults. The best point was the location, being relatively close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and 7 minutes drive to the new Universal park. The supermarket at a walking distance is another great thing should you need anything. I would definitely recommend.

This property was great for our week at Universal. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I misread one part of the listing and we didn’t have body wash with us. The soap/shampoo was super tiny, but there’s a Publix right around the corner. The pool/splash pad and slide on the Cayview side was awesome for our rest day. Our 6yo had so much fun. We’ll book again for future stays.

The property is a really nice place to stay at. Close to all the parks and easy to access off of the highway. The whole time we were there we didnt hear any noise at all.Property is exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

What a residence. Experience was better than expected. The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Perfect location for Orlando events or just to walk to Publix and stay on the grounds. I guarantee you will not be disappointed

We brought up issues to the owner, and he just decided to ignore us and not respond at all. This is very unprofessional and the reason people are going back to hotels instead of rentals.If you are planning on using the big bath tubs in the images, I would not stay here as the water temperature is set way lower than standard so that when you fill the bath, it is no longer hot by the time it fills. The owner is just being cheap to save money by setting the temperature so low. We never have this issue at Hilton or Marriot resorts and the tubs are much bigger. It is a very small water heater and will run out quickly even after two people take short showers. Not even enough to fill one bath tub before it runs out.Also the wifi internet is terrible here and the cel phone signal was also bad for Verizon at least so we could not even use our own hot spot.

We had a great time. The place was clean and had an enjoyable stay. Will stay there in the future.

Overall, this property worked perfectly for a place for my friends and I to stay for a conference across the street. Pool and gym were nice, and condo itself was spacious and a great place to unwind between sessions.

Near the Orange County Convention Center, Universal and Disney. Publix grocery store, Beth’s Burger Bar, NYPD Pizza and Souvenir Shop conveniently located adjacent to the property.

We were in town to go to Sea World and area attractions. It was located conveniently to a grocery store and a couple places to eat. (walk to these places) Also close to airport. We would stay here again!! Our feet were very dirty from the floors, so I think they do need to be scrubbed more often.

Nice property. Clean and close to Universal studios and SeaWorld. We enjoyed the stay. A minor issue was that the TVs were not Smart but they had cable. Luckily we had fire stick, so it helped us survive.

The condo looked brand new inside and was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and we had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better for Seaworld. I will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

We were staying for a business trip, so we didn't need anything flashy, we wanted priced right, in a good location, and this was it. We were very happy with the overall experience.

The condo worked great for my friends and I. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Paulo did a great job communicating the status of the property after the hurricane and reassured us that we would still get the full experience out of the rental/surrounding area.

Our second stay at this condo and continues not to disappoint. Staff provided an update after the hurricane and ensured our stay was pleasurable. The amenities were as expected. The new pool area was great and a good place to enjoy. The location of the condo is within 20-30 minutes (depending upon traffic) to all the major attractions in Orlando. Having a place to shop for groceries and restaurants in walking distance is a huge benefit.
