Everything was beautiful and prepped well for our stay. The communication with the owner was quick and thoroughly answered. We really enjoyed this stay bc of all the deer and the water being so close.

This was a great location, with a lovely view of the Comal River, convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. The condo and grounds were very nice.

We needed a time to get away to quiet, beauty and fun. All 3 were found in this beautiful condo. Note: Schlitterbaun was closed since the season ended which made for a very quiet stay. If you want to walk to Schlitterbaun in season, then this is the best place to stay.

We needed a girls getaway so there were 8 of us. We had a great stay! The place was the perfect space for us and a great location! Though the tubes they had for us to use were not the best quality and a couple were popped prior to us getting there (we ended up getting our own tubes), everything else was wonderful. Our only real complaint was the parking situation. Only having 2 spaces was not convenient at all for our crew since we all came from multiple cities and couldn’t all carpool together. The additional parking was quite a walk away. Everything else was super close tho. Schlitterbahn, tube chute, restaurants/bars were all pretty close by. I definitely recommend staying here again.

Camp Wernicke is nice, in a great location right on the river. This particular condo is nicely updated, with room for six, a good kitchen and living space, and two balconies overlooking the river.

We loved our stay. Everything was perfect and just what we needed. We grilled out front and used the kitchen for all our meals. Enjoy sitting out back on the river to people watch. We had 3 kids age 11 12 and 13. And they enjoyed it as well

From booking to departure, river city resorts was accommodating and resourceful. The property is perfectly located on the comal river with private access to and from the river. The condo is also conveniently located across the street from the Blastenhoff Schlitterbahn park. The property has a large pool and public bbq pits for grilling. It also allows for 2 vehicles. The condo was clean, spacious, and supplied with essentials. I will definitely rent this property again.

This condo had everything we needed & was in a perfect location!

Just stayed two night. Right on the river very clean rooms. Only problem we had was check in the code didn't work had to call a couple of numbers before I got hold of someone. One of the guest rooms had a bunk bed. Pretty sure it was not all the screws are tighten squeak like crazy whenever u move on the top bunk. Other then those two items the place was great.

Property was clean and spacious for our two families. It has been recently updated so everything was in good condition. Perfect location to the river with just a short walk to the chute. Loved that River City Resort was very responsive and accommodating to ensure we had a pleasant time. Will definitely be returning in future.

Property was clean and decorated perfectly! Family games, all the kitchen essentials, plenty of towels, bedding, extra blankets, and tubes! Easy booking, clear directions, and seamless checkout. Location was more than ideal and so close to everything. The views from the patios and the private access to the river made it even better! We had enjoyed our annual moms and sons trip and can’t wait to book here again. Our sons are 12 and 13 and enjoyed staying here too!
