NEW to VRBO! Ocean View and Freshly Renovated First Floor Villa!!

This unit is just like the pics, super cute and clean! My daughter and I went for a quick beach trip and this was the perfect place for us. Easy access to the beach and we felt very comfortable and safe.

The “ocean view” is a bit of a stretch. The ocean was barely visible. Even though we did not have wifi for 1-1/2 of our 3 days, we were in communication with the owner and were eventually able to fix it ourselves. Parking felt safe & we even joined in the 8:30-10:00 round robin pickleball. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and flushing the toilet. Bed was comfortable. The furniture and beach equipment on the patio needs to be replaced.

Everything was great! Loved how close it was to everything and worked out great to go to the golf tournament in town! Would stay again!!

This cozy space comfortably accommodates one or two guests. I especially enjoyed the balcony, which offers a partial ocean view. The unit is conveniently situated between the beach access and the community pool. I would happily stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The security guards were very helpful as well with recommending places to eat and fun things to do with our kids.

Our condo was very clean, we were on the first floor nice view ! The security staff was very friendly met a man from our area and chatted awhile ! Enjoyed the beach and the pool also jamacia joes ! Had fun playing music bingo! This was our first time on the island didn’t realize how secluded and well kept the town was! Once we got used to everything it was time to leave! Only thing I would suggest is maybe putting a blind on the window next to the door in bedroom otherwise beautiful!

I've stayed at this resort several times and love it. Our unit was clean and as described in the listing other than you really can't see the ocean well from the first floor. It's very convenient to the beach. It is an older place and could use some upgrades to the linens and the outdoor seating but overall we had what we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. The whole building smelled like moth balls but that was not the owners fault.

Good place to stay, same general comments as everyone else. Window by door lets too much light in at night. Door is not sound proof, can’t ignore noises in the hall. Nice place for the rest.

Our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. The condo itself is perfect, not overly beachy decor! Most restful week ive ever had.

Very clean and nice!! I liked how I didn’t have to hike a mile or climb endless flights of stairs to get to the room. Couldn’t see the beach from the balcony but that was ok. I would recommend this place!!

Lovely Reno job. Definitely could use blackout curtains in bed room and curtains that provide full coverage off the patio. Pull out couch bed you definitely feel the bar. Love that there was water bottles and beach chairs/umbrella to use. For sure needs beach towels for pool and beach. The was a 1/2 roll of tp when we arrived and we ran out. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment really maximized the space well and there was ample storage space which makes it easier to stay organized. This was our favorite unit we’ve stayed in so far!

We love hhi beach and tennis resort, but this particular unit has been our favorite so far. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be sure to stay here again.

A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. We really appreciate you making even our short stay so easy so we could just enjoy our time there!

Overall, loved the property.

This was our second time staying at this resort but first time at this property. We needed a quick getaway for just the two of us and this property was just perfect. The mattress was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to somehow cover up the long window by the door.

Overall was a lovely condo in a nice location and we would definitely come again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but we were able to just watch tv at night in the living room. The shower was spacious and updated, we had plenty of towels for our stay.

This was a perfect property for our stay for a wedding this weekend! We will definitely be returning!

We come to HHI a couple times a year. We generally stay in the same place on the southern part of the island. We decided to try someplace different this trip. This place was great! This place is clean and well stocked. Close to the beach, the pool, and bike path made this stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort was fantastic! The unit boasted modern decor and provided exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations. We especially loved the relaxing environment and the convenience of being just steps away from the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a wonderful Hilton Head getaway.

Very clean unit, and updated. Can't beat the location!

Husband and I are building a home on HHI and came down to check on the progress. We love staying in Folly Field. This condo was perfect!! Exactly as described in the write up- couldn’t have been happier!! Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend as of March 2025. Unit was recently renovated and it was perfect for this retired couple. Clean,comfortable, and was a good value.
