Mountain Villas 9D1 has 19 steps leading into the unit, is **single-level** ,

offers **internet access** , and is not **pet-friendly**. This unit is rated

**Deluxe** and **sleeps five** guests.



In the main living area, you will find the **living room** , featuring a flat-

screen TV and a large leather sectional sofa for lounging. The fireplace is

**not available for guest use**.



The unit includes a fully functional **kitchen** , and the **dining table

seats six**. There are **two full bathrooms** : one located in the hallway and

the other within the master bedroom, which features a **king bed**. The second

bedroom offers **one double bed and one twin bed**.



This unit is a short **complimentary shuttle ride** from the slopes and main

resort. It is also within walking distance of the **Highlands Golf Course**.



The small viewing deck offers a beautiful view of **Seven Springs Mountain

Resort’s** wooded landscape (**gas grill use is prohibited**).



All homes include **whole-house air conditioning** and a **washer/dryer**.

Mountain Villa units are **not ski-in/ski-out**.







Mountain Villas is located a short drive from the main entrance of Seven

Springs Mountain Resort and within walking distance of the Highlands Golf

Course. The homes range in size from cozy one-bedroom units to spacious four-

bedroom homes, ensuring the perfect fit for enjoying everything Seven Springs

and the Laurel Highlands have to offer. Mountain Villas are not ski-in/ski-

out.







All Mountain Villas condo rentals offer whole-house air conditioning, a

washer and dryer (laundry detergent not included), an iron and ironing board,

expanded cable in the main living room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed

and bath linens (soap and shampoo not included), and a fully functional

kitchen equipped with utensils, cookware, flatware, paper towels, trash bags,

and toilet tissue.







**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Mountain Villas. **







During the summer months, guests may enjoy access to the community outdoor

pool. All condo rental guests are also welcome to use the resort’s main indoor

and outdoor pools. This community offers **complimentary** shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.
