Booking Info:
• $475 security deposit and signed rental agreement required through Ownerez after booking
• Renter must be 25+, with valid ID and matching credit card
• No smoking or parties. Quiet hours observed after 9:30 PM
• Sleeps up to 7 (including an infant in the crib)
