Stayed Feb 1, 2025The condo was clean and had great amenities. The owner was great to communicate with. Easy walk to the beach. The biggest problem was all the construction going on within the property grounds and around the property. The workers started at 6:30 a.m. and sometimes worked overnight and sometimes on Sundays. Hard to get a good night's sleep. Would return in the future when construction is finished.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024We had a most enjoyable stay! The condo was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The host even had flowers & champagne waiting for us upon arrival. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved being able to walk only a block to Vanderbilt Beach. The host was very accessible during our stay and we were greeted personally when we first arrived. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Beautiful Condo!! This place was clean, well stocked to our needs and perfect location to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from the Vanderbilt Beach. Great communication with the host making our check-in and check-out so easy. Thank you Tom and Rick for making our stay Perfect! Looking forward to our return visit!!
