~ New ~ St. Lucia 701 ~ 3Br/3Ba ~ Sleeps 6!

Great place. Only drawback was the stove did not heat so we had a wasted Sunday meal from the grocery store.

Our stay here was awesome! We stay in Destin at the Silver Shells every time. We usually stay in st croix or marteen condos but decided to give Lucia a try! This condo is literally just right behind st croix, and a small side walk distance to pool/beach just like the other condos. We complicated check in way more than we had to (our fault lol) but the person who helped us was awesome and got us in! Condo was clean, had literally everything we needed for kitchen-had keurig or big coffee pot, extra bath towels etc. The beach view was from a window, not a balcony but we were at the beach the whole time anyway. I recommend taking ALL the key fobs with you to get in and out of the gates as we discovered that there were two that only worked when they wanted to. The only thing extra we bought besides groceries were beach towels. I don’t have anything negative to say, and we will more than likely come back to this one next year!

Great stay and we would likely stay again if available. Enjoyed not having to drive to get keys. The only con is accessing the beach for handicap folks. The walk way is difficult for mobility impaired. Condo had everything needed for the beach as well as cookware!

We were really impressed with our stay in this condo. It was very clean,neat, and spacious. It has everything you can ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean except for the floor on the balcony, it was dirty. A few of the bracelet fobs didn’t work. But, other than that it was great.

Last minute trip to Destin and this condo was perfect in every way. The condo/resort has everything you need. The condo itself was very clean, stocked and comfortable. Not to mention, the beach was spectacular! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a fabulous place.

Would come back to same condo, area! Great Location!

The room situation was perfect for a group of 6 friends! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms to share. A lovely layout with comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen. They had everything we needed. The plentiful balcony space was a bonus. Ease of parking and location on the strip was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. We come here regularly and this has been our favorite condo in Destin.
