SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT (Sleeps 6)
Primary bedroom-king bed. En-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony, views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the beach and pool areas.
Second bedroom has a Queen bed with large closet and built-in shelves.
Guests who prefer to sleep in the breezy common area can cozy up on the full size sleeper sofa.
Every bedroom has a smart flat screen TV.
All rooms have plenty of closet space.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Get to Know the Area
The location is ideal for sunset beach walks, uninterrupted beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, shelling, dolphin, sea turtle and ray spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana and just lounging.
This condo is perfect for family gatherings and is close to restaurants, entertainment, shops, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and the Beach Trolley.
Other things to note:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Snowbirds Accepted.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
Emerald Isle HOA allows 2 guest parking spots.
Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00
You need to know
Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.
Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement.
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 30 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
