Condo was a nice place to stay. Property Manager worked well with us. Both shower faucets need repair. Property Manager informed me a few days before our stay that the AC would have to be replaced during our stay. Gave us a free nights stay for the hassle and let us pick the day. The two guys that replaced the AC were not able to finish the project in one day. Which left us with no AC for one night. They also didn't leave the property until 11:30 at night. Not really the Property Managers fault but we were not real thrilled about this. Property manager did give us another 200 refund on top of the free night. Place was clean and only a short walk to the beach. Only a short drive to restaurants in town.

Perfect for what we needed. Easy beach access & loved having meals or just sitting on the deck while enjoying the view. Host very accessible & easy to work with!

The. View. I can't express how great the view is! This is an end unit with a balcony that overlooks the bay. There is a private beach with a pier on the water. It would be perfect for kids. My husband and I visited for our 10th anniversary. It was just perfect! The condo was so clean. The tub in the master is huge. If you have kids, it'd be great for them to bathe. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes, etc. There is also a washer/dryer if you need it. She even left a Tide pod on it, which I thought was nice. The owner is easy to communicate with. If I had to think of a drawback, it would simply be the stairs. We were fine with them, but if you can't take stairs, you may not like this unit. Other than that, it's perfect. There are two covered parking spaces. There's an outside spicket if you need to rinse your feet off. We enjoyed watching the ducks walk back and forth. The sunsets from the balcony are stunning. We hope to be back soon!

The property is a little dated, and there are some minor issues with some areas that need addressed, but there were no major issues that would prevent you from enjoying your stay. To note, there is no elevator, and so you'll need to walk up to the second floor for this unit (third from the parking on the bottom level). This would only be an issue if you cannot do that many stairs, as after 2 days we were used to going up and down and didn't notice it again after that. Those things aside, it really was a wonderful stay! The view out the patio into the bay is wonderful and the sunrise and sunset over the bay was exceptionally nice! It's just steps to the small beach behind the property (well, after going down the steps), and not too far from the property's private pool. My personal favorite part of the property was the ability to see local wildlife! There were several couples of mallard ducks that frequented the beach area, a couple turtles in the pond, a great egret that would stop by and visit the dock (following those fishing like a lost puppy!), lots of tiny fish in the bay waters, and we even came across at least a dozen hermit crabs in conch shells, and even some baby conchs! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, you are about a 5 minute walk from Peg Leg Pete's, and a short drive from the mail boardwalk and beach! Flounders, the Crab Shack, Ron Jons, and many other fun places as well. Definitely take a trip down to the Fort if you can!

Close to everything but a quiet area on bayside. National Park almost next door. Host was more than helpful especially after my wife left her make up case,(end of the world). Host went to the trouble of mailing it to us in a couple of days. Thanks!

Place was very clean upon arrival. Location is perfect! The private beach behind the condo was great. My family and I will definitely be back.
