NEW - Renovated Paradise At Clearwater - Fabulous Vacation near Clearwater Beach

There is absolutely NO hottub at this resort. The workout room was also closed under construction. There are lots of children and dogs.

This was just perfect. Great size, beautifully decorated. Shower and bed beyter than home! Back next year.

Very friendly community of retired people spending time with family at the pool. We could not find the hot tub. Very pleasant stay.

So many updates needed: * Bedroom ceiling fan did not work. * No drain stoppers in bathroom tub or sink. * Closet only had 6 hangers in it, we bought our own and took home. * Closet shelf is overloaded with owners blankets and is barely supported. *Outdoor lanai, disgustingly dirty, Lanai door handle still broke after 2 years (half of it falls in your hand when you close or open the door, screen door is filthy, needs desperate cleaning and painting and so was the track. Short table and chairs, no room to eat outside, but so dirty. * The glass for the coffee table must of broke, so the coffee table base was outside on the lanai. * Couch cushions are so flat we had to put pillows on them to have any support. * Middle bulb in bathroom fixture out. * Yes there was a rubber mat in the tub, but that's to hide the rust and dirt. * Ice maker never worked. Had to buy ice bags. * No instructions for tv/cable use. No Wifi password provided for the condo and/or pool area. * In the kitchen the one coffee maker looked to be NEVER cleaned. * Only provided 2 cheap dirty hot pads. * The second day there, we swept (all floors) and we bought Swiffer attachments and did the floors and used 4 Swiffers, they were filthy. * The kitchen clock is filthy and we never even updated daylight savings time. They need updates and even fix up broken items before raising their rental fees which appears they did already. Our time there is done.

Disappointed with area and condition of property and condo desperately needs updating

We went for a guys trip, property was nicer than the pictures. Overall enjoyed our stay and had great communication with property owners.

Enjoyed staying in this condominium. Loved the workout room and the heated pool. Also having all the beach accessories provided to use was a great addition. It was also in a great location, close enough to many beaches.

The location is very accessible to the beach area. The home was immaculate with all the amenities that would make the condo a comfortable stay for vacations. The only issue would be access to the gated property on arrival. How to get through the gate was not part of the check in instructions and key to access gym and pool was not in the home. Instructions for use of the gate card would be helpful! Owners were friendly and responsive to all requests and questions! Enjoyable stay!
