Absolutely fantastic unit with an unbeatable view and location. We paid premium pricing for the Ocean’s Calling music festival, and I have to admit that it was so worth it to have a walkable, parkable place - especially when it poured one of the days of the festival and our family and friend group had a cost place to retreat to. Cannot imagine how miserable it would have been to queue up to catch a parking shuttle while soaking wet. I am a cook and it was my husband’s 65th. I needlessly packed in every kitchen extra and implement I could think of, from tools to boards and even skillet and large saucepan, and I was blown away to find the most completely stocked kitchen I have ever found in a rental. We had an amazing time. The beds were all super comfortable and the showers and large tub were quite good.

It was amazing my family loved the place the view was beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset the pool was great. We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and was easy to walk wherever we wanted

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated and furnished condo right on the boardwalk. With breathtaking sunrises right on the balcony, to the convenience of just walking right out onto the boardwalk, we really enjoyed this spacious, clean condo with lots of amenities. I highly recommend this place for families and great memories.

The property, the process and the communication were all perfect!

Perfect location on the boardwalk between 6th & 7th streets. Walkable to everything and beach entrance is right out front. Extremely spacious, very clean, thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Pics are accurate. Huge ocean-facing balcony and small rear balcony too. Questions I had were answered quickly. 2 off-street parking spots which is hard to come by. We would have liked bed linens & towels included, especially considering this is a higher end property, but glad that they are available if needed (for a fee). Also annoying that there were 2 different lobby codes & 2 different stairway codes given to us. There was a check-in email with one set of numbers, and an email attachment with different numbers. Luckily 1 of each worked, but it seems like it's becoming a given that something will be inaccurate or unclear with check-in info lately. Who is proofreading these things?
