Entering the name listed in Expedia, couldn’t be located in Waze or Google Maps. I’d received a message saying the property manager would be on site to provide details, but instead, I received a message while driving with confusing instructions. Our room was on the third floor, we were told it would be on the second floor. But they apparently count the first floor as not a floor so the first floor is upstairs. Mattress on both rooms was hard as a rock. Had to use a code to exit the building so in an emergency, would be extremely dangerous. We were assigned a parking spot that required a 90° turn, with I beams, and the building making the parking extremely difficult. One wash cloth in each bathroom, even though they were expecting 3 of us.
