NEW LUXURY TWO-BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM WITH IN TOWN LOCATION & HALF MILE FROM BEACH

Perfect spot!! Located above shops! The area was amazing and just what we wanted’

Perfect location for Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. The parking is a huge benefit. The larger bedroom's toilet was a bit tricky to maneuver. Not that you want to watch TV when there, but there is no access to national stations. It would have been extra nice if amenities like lotion, shampoo, Kleenex, makeup mirror were included. But you can't beat the location. Stairs may be a challenge for some.

Great condo! Able to walk all around Kennebunkport and go to the shops and restaurants . Parking is just behind the condo., too. There are some stairs to climb with your suitcase so just FYI. Very nice people and place!

Such a perfect spot! Condo is very well decorated and appropriated. Brian and Caroline were wonderful to work with and very prompt in answering replies. We would totally stay here again. We had 6 people and the pull out couch and futon were very comfortable

Excellent locationCondo clean and well air conditionedIt is important to note there is NO stove and also if you have children under 10 , there is a business downstairs and it is recommended to us to use quiet feet up to 5:30 pm.Great great condo for adults...plenty of food places ALL around.GREAT WEEK! We absolutely love staying at this unit! The place is spacious and clean and the location is unREAL! It is the best of both worlds!! The shopping and restaurants are literally under your feet, and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. All of the amenities are fantastic, and if you end up getting a yucky day, your all shopped out and just want to veg and rest inside, the condo is so restful and relaxing for that kind of day. The beds are so comfy, like a 5 star hotel. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Kport!!!

It was great location and space and very clean, just wish the kitchen garbage had been emptied before we arrived and we had been given more toilet paper.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The property is as advertised. Very clean. Great set up for 2 couples. Location is ideal for walking around Kennebunkport & Kennebunk: within steps of restaurants and bars. Dedicated parking is convenient.

We would definitely stay here again. The location in Kennebunkport cannot be beat and the way the unit was arranged was perfect for two couples. There was plenty of room for us to gather as a group but at the end of a long day it was easy to retreat to our own areas. It is in the heart of this quaint village so all restaurants and shops are right there. The unit was clean and wonderfully appointed. Definitely a 5 star stay.

I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The owners are so accommodating and kind, it is overall the only place we will stay in Kennebunkport ever. Its right downtown and super easy to access the beach. WE LOVE IT!!!

This location can't be beat - right in the heart of Dock Square but with all the privacy you need. The place was clean, up-to-date, comfy - has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Designated parking and location toward the road made it really easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again.

Condo was a perfect spot downtown walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious and clean! Perfect for a family of four!

A slide of heaven with access to all. They have thought of everything in this space!! Great communication from start to finish. The owner works downstairs so is super available if anything comes up!
