Stayed Dec 20, 2025While the location and actual space was ideal for what we needed, nice size bathrooms and bedrooms, the weed smell was so overwhelming and overpowering that we contemplated moving to a hotel. Had the weather not been warm enough to open windows and air out the place, we would have not stayed. We had kids with us!! The property details indicate that this is a non-smoking property. Clearly that is not the case. I reached out upon arrival and received a “sorry” but no real effort to help the situation. Would definitely not rent this property again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025The location was just a short drive to all the activities in Nashville. The apartment was 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, just the perfect size for our group.

Stayed May 18, 2024The condo is in a sketchy neighborhood, not a place I feel comfortable taking my family. The condo was clean, however, it’s obvious that the owner is attempting to decorate on a shoestring budget. The appliances are 1/2 the normal size, furniture is cheap (Think Walmart), no closets, now washer / Dryer, no iron, not one place to even hang a towel in the bathrooms. The neon signs are cute but require a USB plug-in and there is not one in the whole place so none of them work? There was even a hole in the wall behind chair in living room.

Stayed Oct 15, 2023We had a great time visiting Nashville! This property was very clean and spacious! Close to restaurants and the downtown area, but also quiet! This place had all of the amenities one might need for a short stay! Thank you!
