We loved this property! At first, I was worried about the unassigned parking spots however Rick answered all of my concerns quickly and once we parked, we didn’t get back in our car until it was time to go home. Literally everything you need is in walking distance. I consider myself to be somewhat OCD when it comes to cleanliness, especially in homes. This property was immaculate. Everything was crisp and fresh, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and the furniture used was high-quality. The view is unbelievable for both sunset and sunrise. It was quiet and while other properties allowed pets, we only heard a dog bark two of our nights but you can’t control others. We turned on our fans and the sound machines we always bring with us so it wasn’t a problem. The unit provided anything you would need and not bring yourself.Location here is ideal. I said we were able to walk everywhere, including of course the beach restaurants, Boardwalk, and even the park with a playground. Saturday morning we got to enjoy the farmers market and picked up some produce for the week. The deck is shaded in the afternoon, which makes it perfect for sitting out and not being too hot.The pool is small, but just the right size for cooling off or even going for a quick evening swim with the pool lights on.We were very happy with this unit and the property and would absolutely come stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed condo that lacked for nothing: amenities, cleanliness, nicely decorated, beautiful artwork, restaurants within walking distance, and even a visit from Tropical Storm Chantal. Thanks you so much for a peaceful, oceanfront respite from our day-to-day routine!

Beautiful condo with stunning views! Very clean and has the brand new feeling! Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils, pans, silverware, etc. The chairs on the balcony were super comfy. Clear instructions from owner. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.

What a great stay. The property was absolutely fantastic. It was clean and extremely quiet. The view of the sunrise from the balcony was stunning. Such a quiet and easy trip.

This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Carolina Beach. The unit was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything was comfortable, tastefully decorated and new. We really loved the location which was close to the boardwalk, restaurants and stores. My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay. I highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Good location, very clean, great amenities, and the VIEW was awesome of the beach/ ocean. Loved the higher chairs on balcony to have a great view over the railings. Spectacular Sunrises too!!Easy walk to Boardwalk either by street or by beachfront.Note there are 6 small flight of stairs to get to this 3rd floor unit. Good exercise for us!!Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!!

It was perfect for us and our friends, another couple. The view is stunning. It was quiet and the owner was very responsive. The deck is great, inside is comfy and the process for check in was easy.

This is a really well maintained property. It felt newly painted. Very clean. Has everything you need with a great view and access to the beach. We were able to walk to most restaurants. Rick was really easy to communicate with.

The property was beautiful! Nicely finished, extremely clean, kitchen fully equipped, bedding was very comfortable, and towels plush! Access to the beach was exactly as described along with available beach chairs in garage storage closet. We would definitely rebook this property.

Loved staying in this condo! Nicely decorated with a stocked kitchen. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises each morning and cool evenings without direct sun. Close to restaurants and the lake with walking trails. Unit is four levels up so if you cant do stairs it might be tough. (But its so worth it!)

The condo was beautiful and within walking distance to boardwalk. The view was wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had and it was a slight one was the parking. You have to park 2 cars deep. So either you are blocking someone else in or they are blocking you in. We were lucky enough to get an older gentleman that stayed at the condo more than he left. so we parked behind him whenever we could however we do like to go to the park, aquarium and to Wilmington for special date nights so we had to wait on others to move to let us out when needed. Luckily when we went it was after labor day so most the traffic had left. The only thing that would have made this the best place we have stayed would have been designated parking spots for each condo. We would stay here again.

This is the second time we booked one of Rick's properties and it definitely won't be the last. Phenomenal location (walk to Squigly's and the boardwalk), huge deck and unobstructed ocean views. Already priming my husband for next year. We'll be back!!!!

The condo was perfect for us. Loved the location and beach access. Spent our days on the beach and evenings walking the boardwalk.

Although it rained almost every day we made the best of our trip and were glad we were so comfortable in this condo.

Finished up our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The location was prime. Walked to all the restaurants and easily to the boardwalk with two young kids via the beach. The garage is wonky, but not horrible, the garage storage for beach items was a welcomed and celebrated surprise. The condo itself was top notch. New appliances and all the kitchen needs already provided. Loved how there was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Would 100% come back to stay here. The owner was easily accessible and helpful, seemed to have thought of everything. Thank you for the memories!

As a clean-freak, I'm very hard to please and this condo was wonderful. Walking distance to everything and EXCEPTIONAL view on the balcony - It takes your breath away. Can't wait to return!
