New-build at Wasatch Springs with private hot tub - near Park City

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and the place felt clean upon arrival. However, communication with an actual person was non existent. We wanted to inquire about an early check in as our flight arrived super early. I messaged through the app with no response as well as texted the number that was provided with no response again. I ended up calling a call center and they basically told me if it was available I would get an email aroun 1pm. I never got an email letting us know either way. Also, the unit has a basement where one room with the queen bed is located as well as a pull out sofa bed. Initially it was not getting warm as there was little flow through the vents. It eventually got warm enough after turning the heater all the way up. Again I tried to contact someone about this via the app and the number provided but there was no response. The place was nice and comfortable but the lack of communication was frustrating and unacceptable.

Nice place, only thing really lacking is that there are no coffee tables or end tables in the living room or the downstairs sitting area ( this was accurately shown in the pictures but I didn't notice till I got there ) - also no chair in the downstairs bedroom - also I don't know what the codes are in Utah but where we live the garage doors must close themselves

The house was everything we hoped for. Check in was easy and the hot tub was awesome! Super close to park city and the ski resorts.

The home is lovely, well decorated, and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. One thing not mentioned on the listing is that three bedrooms are upstairs including the master. There is an additional bedroom downstairs with a sitting area with a pull out sofa which is great space for members of your group with small children. It would be a quiet place for naps. If you need a bedroom on the main floor, this is not the property for you. Also, there is only one king bed. The listing is wrong if it says there are two. That needs to be changed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. This was a draw to this rental. We booked this place for my 40th Birthday week and my 63 year old parents were skiing with us and use it to relax and reset for the next ski day. No one ever attempted to even offer a resolution or tell us the truth of when it would be fixed.2. Inaccurate listing: BBQ grill noted but not on premises. We bought food to grill based on this but were unable to use it.3. Cleanliness: Mouse on the property. We saw them and even found they chewed through wrappers and ate snack bars in my suitcase upstairs. My husband heard this during the night and we discovered the source while packing.4. Broken sensor on dryer - reported and when the repair guy came out he opened a locked door with all the issues in the house and noted that our fix to only use time dry was accurate. A sign or communication before arrival would have been appreciated.5. Build of house: During the week we stayed, temps dropped below zero. Some windows didn't even close all the way and let in cold air because of the craftsmanship. We could even hear neighbors walk up and down stairs and when they had their TV on.6. Communication: I felt safe booking with a management company. However, this company is not local and after asking to speak to a manager or the owner about the property we were ignored. If you report any issue this is the response you will get: I understand your frustration, thank you for your patience, someone on our HomeCare Team will reach out. However, on the big issues no one reached out with an accurate response.7. No cell service on property if you have AT&T8. Comfort: N
