Nautical SeaStar North Beach

Overall, great location! Steps from the beach! Water is calmer than the other Tybee beaches. Property is a little older, but clean. Quiet and quaint, at least when we were there during the week at the beginning of June. The cable was out the whole time we were there, and they were not smart tvs for streaming our own. This was apparently an HOA issue of not paying the bill. Not that we were there to watch TV, but it would’ve been nice for breaks during the day and evening. Overall decent and we would probably stay again.

Great stay will definitely be back

This place has our heart! It’s a 2 minutes walk to the beach, and it’s more of a bay and doesn’t have waves- atleast in May. It was warm and beautiful, a very walkable 1.5 mile beach. The apartment is close to the steps and parking. I wouldn’t recommend 3 people, 2 people would be perfect!

Overall wonderful place to stay. Host instructions were very clear about checkin, rules while staying, and checkout procedures. Very clean facility and easy bread access. The only complaint i have was the door is very hard to get to close and lock back, but i don't think it's anything other than tightening a couple of screws.

View of the beach was amazing. However we stayed for 4 days they only give you two rolls of toilet paper, light bulbs were missing and the trim on the cabinets were severely damaged. Very Dirty on top of the fan hood and as well as the intake vent to the utility room. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while lastly the toilet handle was broken where it would run all the time.

There were some issues (lack of hot water) being one of them but the property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond to make it right.

Very clean and cute condo!!

Condo room was a little older but neatly cleaned and had the ocean feel! Enjoyed our room a boardwalk away from the beach. Pool access outside our front door as well.

The stay was great. Found a bunch of good shells and enjoyed our time while there. Will definitely be back.

The location was great! Literal steps from the brach. The interior of the condo was a bit run down in areas (cabinets peeling, bathroom vent unscrewed, washing machine out of order with no sign noticed after it ate our money).BUT these issues seemed minor compared to the value of the property. We got a great price and would absolutely stay in this unit again.
