Stayed May 5, 2023I made my reservation in good faith more than a month before my planned stay. 3 days before my stay, I received a message stating We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non-responsive. Owners, pass away or sell their units sometimes without informing us This put me in a position where I had to find other last minute accommodations where there were almost no available rooms anywhere in the Nashville area because Taylor Swift was performing 3 consecutive sold out nights at Nissan Stadium. This disruption caused me to scramble to find other lodging many miles away from where I needed to be (for a business conference) at substantially more cost. I believe these people bumped me for a more lucrative reservation so they could charge more to someone else due to the surge in demand.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024I enjoyed my stay and all of the amenities that came with staying in a condo versus a hotel. I cooked and did laundry daily.

Stayed May 18, 2024Be aware that the accommodation you will be allocated is not necessarily as depicted in the description. The photos suggest you will have a condo considerably larger than the 504 sq.ft. mentioned in the description, with separate kitchen, dining and living areas plus a balcony. We did not. The kitchen and dining facilities were all in the one triangular living room and there was just one sofa to sit on, no armchairs, and very limited storage. There was certainly no balcony and just 2 windows, both opening onto the communal walkway, so net curtains had to be closed for privacy, making the place quite dark. Not one single photo used in the VRBO listing was of a suite like ours (I note that since I complained they have changed the listing to remove 'balcony' from the description, though the photos are unchanged.) Also be aware the Wyndham resort is a timeshare facility and you are renting from a timeshare owner via a management company (timesharerentalpros.com /Tzort.) Just before check-in we received a recommendation to not mention VRBO and pretend we knew the timeshare owners to soften the pressure for timeshare sales. All that said, if you accept the place as a hotel suite, not a condo, its is not bad. The bed was very comfortable and the swimming pools great. The location near Opry Mills and various music bars is also ideal if you don't want to be in the city. Just don't expect a full-size condo.

Stayed May 2, 2023No complaints at all about property or its on site staff. Everything was fabulous while we were there but after paying fully for a full week and checking in we were told its only for 3 days. After calling Owners representatives about this was told owner backed out but they were diligently working to find accommodation for the rest of our vacation. They finally admitted they were unable to accommodate a day before we checked out and said they would reimburse us for balance which they did. Of course finding a hotel for weekend in Nashville when Taylor Swift is having concerts was not easy and definitely not affordable. I feel taken advantage of and would never use this Christian RRP property Mgr. They should be banned from Wyndham and VRBO for misrepresenting!

Stayed May 13, 2023The unit itself was clean and spacious. Shuttle downtown is $15 round trip, but it is a long ride and the shuttle only runs once an hour. However there are great music bars walking distance (Music City, Scoreboard and Nashville Paradise). Grand Ole Opry is also a 6 min Uber ride away.

Stayed Apr 16, 2023I've been using VRBO for years now, and I have always had 5 star experiences with VRBO bookings until this one. I was very disappointed in the style of room with this booking. The room pictures in the listing - except for the last bathroom picture - are representative of 1 bedroom deluxe units at this resort. The description is for 1 bedroom suites, which are much smaller and completely different than the pictures. I was booked into a suite rather than the deluxe that was in the pictures. I'm probably like most renters, and I go more by pictures than descriptions. I was not happy on check-in, and I was pretty upset with the response by the listing agent and VRBO upon contacting them. The listing agent said I got a room based on availability, but I wish I could post the pictures of the room I got vs. the pictures in the listing. They are totally different. I think it would be good for the listing agent to update their pictures to fully represent the room they are actually reserving for you. As for VRBO's response, I did send them the pictures, and they said they didn't see any major issue since there wasn't a health or safety concern. All that said, I will continue to book through VRBO, but I will be more aware of booking at timeshare locations in the future.
