The Space:

Our condo is a modest 700 sq ft and recently renovated one bedroom. Perfect for a Nashville getaway for 2 however if up for the tighter squeeze, can accommodate 3



There is a king bed in the bedroom and if you're looking for extra sleeping room, a sofa is in the living room. Utilize the well equipped kitchen and dining area! Working from home or need to catch up Use our high speed WiFi and dedicated workspace! The unit has everything you need for a short trip or a long vacation!



Just being 15 minutes outside of downtown enables you to enjoy Nashville from a locals view! Enjoy the walkable neighborhood or catch a ride to downtown if you want to amp up your stay!! The location and unit are ideal for the traveler who wants to experience everything Music City has to offer while having a cozy and welcoming place to come back to after a long day (and night) exploring!

You'll have access to the entire unit & the unit is keyless entry.



There is a parking lot on-site with enough parking places.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo itself is entirely renovated however is within a retro, restored apartment building that occasionally bears its age.

• Regarding the unit: While the max occupancy is 3 people, remember the space fits 2 comfortably. Laundry is in unit for guest use. Towels & linen are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. The well-equipped kitchen features a stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A keurig and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.



•Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.



• We are located on the 3rd floor of the building.
