Stayed Jan 9, 2022Owner described property as his retirement condo...it was beautifully updated. The community and location were as perfect as life gets! Would rent in Colusa Bay every season, but rentals are hard to come by in this community...very high demand.

Stayed Sep 13, 2021We were looking for a place near a work project and stumbled upon Brians place. Not only could the location not be better but the place was amazing. The photos certainly don't do it justice. The amenities were more than what we were hoping for as well. We were able to ride our bikes to get to grocery and work. Super close to everything without feeling like you were in the middle of all the daily bustle. Brian was super kind and helpful and very responsive during our booking process. Our situation was a bit unique as we were booking for a work related trip. Brian made it very easy and our nearly 3 month stay was perfect. Can't recommend enough! Thank you!

Stayed Dec 9, 2020Nice 2 bedroom two bath condo, ground floor. Neighborhood close and convenient to stores, restaurants, and beach. Friendly neighbors and nice community pool with lap lanes, and hot tub! Overall had a great stay here!
