THE CONDO

The unit is furnished with new appliances, tile floor throughout, and flat-screen televisions. Cable and wireless internet are provided as well as a washer and dryer. The condo also includes beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guest use.

The living room and kitchen blend together to offer an open area to gather and eat. Relax and watch something on the 55 SmartTV or whip up those home-cooked masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen.

While the second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hallway. This second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.

This condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being close to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, galleries, and performing arts.

We have 2 condos here at Fifth Avenue Beach Club Complex that can be rented separately and sleep a total of 8 GUESTS ( INCLUDING CHILDREN ) between the 2 units.
