Naples Luxury Beach Vacation

First let me start by giving the condo a rating which would be a 4 star, it was clean, comfortable and a good location. But I now need to rate what was unpleasant about it. First yes the owner did offer to give me a full refund because of the construction but that was on March 9th when our plan was leaving on the 12th, where were we to go. The construction is awful, 24/7 pumps are running and you cannot us the Leni, we were up every morning at 6:50 due to the noise and out of the condo until 5pm. I am disappointed because I did see a review (after we were there) from February saying the sound was awful. When I asked Chris if there would be some compensation for all the noise I NEVER received an answer. I have been renting from Vrbo for many years and have never left a bad review. I guess with the new condos going in you are forgetting about the people who are presently renting from you. So sad!

We had a great time! The place is darling, clean, beachy and we loved the rooftop pool. Location is so nice...close to beach, shopping and dining. The owners left us a welcome basket of goodies which were so perfect after a long day's drive! The only negative was that a sewer line was being installed the week we were there so smelly and noisy but not anyone's fault! We will definitely try to return!

The condo was clean/ fabulous king bed/ kitchen well stocked/ no keys to worry about / great location/ & came with a thoughtful welcoming gift. Chris was helpful with restaurant recommendations. We liked Poached a short drive away for breakfast. We also went on a sunset cruise with Pure Florida, & toured the Revs Institute which my husband enjoyed. Vanderbilt Beach was a short walk. We spent time at the beach every day.

Great walking area close to beach and the bay. Beautiful view! The pool is terrific, warm but not too warm and clean. In the condo need a few more towels and newer sofa but it’s a good place. We enjoyed the basket of goodies! Great time in Naples.

We were a block from the beach, near shopping and dining, off of busy Tamiami, an easy drive to Sanibel and Ford-Edison Museum and downtown Naples. All the little necessities were available. And the screened balcony was delightful. I will definitely try to stay here again..
