Stayed Feb 1, 2025unit was beautifully appointed and well equipped but rugs and furniture smelled. Apparently , there was a water line break last year 2024 causing unit to flood. Rugs were never replaced and smelled of mildew & mold. We needed to leave the windows & doors open to cope with the smell.In addition, the air conditioning unit was on the fritz and we had to call property manager. She did a fine job of helping rectify the issue. Furniture needed to be sprayed with Lysol Fabric deodorizer since it smelled of oily hair and there was a board underneath cushions to keep them up.
