My Alpine Place: Spacious Condo within easy walking distance of Leavenworth

The place was everything we needed for a weekend with my elderly parents!

Great weekend trip! Condo was clean, items were easy to find. We parked the car once we got there and walked all wknd to places we wanted to go, restaurants, tubing adventure, shopping! Loved the hot tub! Thanks for a great wknd!

Beautiful property. Loved ability to walk to Leavenworth either on sidewalks or along trails next to river. Very well equipped with everything. Nice kitchen with table & seating!

Our party of 6 had a wonderful time here! It’s very cozy and all the little amenities you need away from home, especially in the kitchen were perfect. The owner was great on communication and even allowed us to make a last minute adjustment to our schedule given the circumstances. We’ll be staying here again in the future!

Very clean and so cute! We will definitely be back again! Communication was beyond great, we didn’t end up walking into town because of the weather but didn’t have any issues finding parking in town. The home had everything you needed, well stocked!

We had a wonderful visit!

Excellent place to stay just on the outskirts of town. Avoid the hustle and bustle and it's just a ten/fifteen minute walk to everything. We stayed over a week and didn't lack for any amenities --towels, the kitchen, all was well stocked. We would definitely stay at My Alpine Place again!

Check in was great, no problems. We didn’t use the kitchen much. The faucet was a little hard to turn on. Air conditioners were loud but it was nice and cool.

Super spacious condo! Very clean with all the things for our home away from home. So convenient being close to downtown and the new rollercoaster. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing with a beautiful park with many trails, shops and swimming holes within walking distance. The place was well equipped with everything our family of 6 needed to be comfortable and get good rest. It was clean and quiet. The owner had great recommendations.

Great location for a weekend in Leavenworth.

Our first trip to Leavenworth and this condo fit our needs perfectly. Easy walk into town, even with stroller. Communication with the condo owner was very easy.

Great city and very cozy accomadations. Only down side is that we didn’t have hot water until the day we left, having said that the host offered to send maintenance guy out on the first day but we declined thinking it would correct itself. It was very different dealing w electric water heater vs natural gas

Cozy condo, perfect for a winter stay and an easy walk into town.

The house was super cozy and well maintained. The shower upstairs looked like it had been missed in the cleaning though , there was hair on the shower walls and grime down in bottom. And it wasn’t draining well. Other than that the rest of the place was clean and all the instructions were accurate.

The condo was conveniently located walking distance from town. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would recommend this to friends and will try to stay again in the future.

We stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is an easy 15 min walk to town. No need to drive and stress about parking. The condo has everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall this place is wonderful. Carolyn was responsive and attentive and the condo was perfect for what we needed. It’s not quite the same as the photos, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and it was a bit too far from downtown for us to walk, so we had to pay for parking every day. Aside from those minor things, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed two nights at this property and felt very at home here. The location makes it easy to get around the area. We stayed here with our three little kids (4 yrs, 2yrs, and 3 months) during a bit of a heat wave and stayed very comfortable - each room in the house had an air conditioner and a fan. The big bathtub was great for bath time for the kids. I loved that the bedrooms both had a rocking chair - really nice for me and my nursing baby! The hosts provide plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, extra bedding, toilet paper, soap at each sink, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans & dishes - we make most of our own meals when traveling, so it was nice to have all those items at our fingertips. Also, the place felt and looked clean. I would recommend this place for families needing a cozy place to crash after a day of adventuring and feel at home while away from home.
