Music Row condo - NASHVEGAS! Guitar Swimming Pool. Cool-Comfortable-Modern!

Our stay was spectacular! It was clean, comforable beds and everything you need to have a perfect vacation. I would rent again if I am coming to Nashville.

It was great. Everything was just as stated. The condo was immaculate and we were supplied with everything we needed. The itinerary for check in and out was precise and easy to follow. The owner was available and responded immediately to our questions and concerns. We felt secure, safe, and at ease our entire stay. Would highly recommend the place and the owner for future stays.

We had an amazing stay at this Music Row condo in Nashville! The space was modern, bright, and beautifully decorated—it immediately felt welcoming and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after long days out.Everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. We also loved the nice street view—it added a fun city vibe without being overwhelming. Parking was easy, and we really appreciated the extra effort from the host in providing a second parking pass for our elderly parents. That small gesture made a big difference for us.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick, helpful, and friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend!

Walkable to lots of stuff, great bagels at H&S! Host very quick to respond to texts when codes for entry did not come through. Great location, parking under building and apartment well stocked and clean. We arrived at night and his instructions helped us to not miss driveway to parking lot.

This was a fantastic place to stay during our families trip to Nashville. The property was both very clean and comfortable! Jon was great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. There were no issues with our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to choose this property again in the future. It's an easy enough walk to all the action and I felt comfortable leaving our teenagers on their own at the property.

Beautifully appointed condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quite so easy to unwind and sleep after a day/evening in the loud areas of downtown. My only complaint is the shower head. The setting that is wide enough to cover your body has no pressure and the setting that gives you pressure is a very narrow stream. Also there needs to be a lighted makeup mirror or something as the light in the bathroom is not bright enough to put on makeup. Otherwise I loved this condo and would stay here again.

TOP NOTCH!!! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, super nice unit! Owner communication was excellent! There is a great breakfast place called Pancake Pantry- I would highly recommend! We loved this so much we will be staying again for sure!

Beds were very comfortable. We stayed with a friend at a different rental the night before(arrived early) and the bed was so uncomfortable! We were so happy to find out this place had such comfortable beds! Overall everything was great!

Great stay! Super convenient!

Nice place. Clean. Very comfortable with big TVs. Walkable to Broadway. Parking is free however the lot is small and challenging for large vehicles. 2 large beds and a sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer worked great. Lots of places to eat close by. Good location to walk and explore several sights in Nashville.

Great location! Host communication was timely and very informative! Very clean and had everything we needed. Also, first place we’ve stayed that said if good or drink leftover feel free to use and pay forward with anything we have left, LOVE that! We left beer behind for the next guest

The condo was ultra clean, always an important point for us. It is beautifully decorated and the location is incredible. We were able to walk or take a short Uber ride almost everywhere we went. Everything else was a short drive. Will definitely stay here again.

Jon was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had and the amenities were great. The only thing is I think the bathroom could have had better lighting around the mirror But the furniture was very comfortable

It was a great place to stay. The elevator was broken would be my only complaint. I did want to see the guitar shaped pool but couldn't figure out how

Clean stylish place, killer location, lots of walkable attractions. Although the whole hall was other shared rentals, it was peaceful and restful.

The host was very good and prompt at communication. Location was good. Only complaints - really cheap toilet paper, and a light bulb in the bedroom lamp was burned out so it was exchanged for a bulb in the other bedroom.

The apartment was clean and easy to live in. We loved the attention to details and extra accents that made this space like home. The pool was amazing, the kids loved it.

The condo was absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures - boooo. It was relatively close to Broadway - Uber wasn't expensive at all!! The beds were crisply made and the fold out bed was even comfortable (that's always a hit and miss lol). The owner was wonderful to work with - he really went above and beyond!! I don't give 5 stars very often as there is always room for improvement but I can't find anything to improve upon on this one!!!! Great experience!!!

Myself and 2 college friends met in Nashville for a weekend reunion. I can’t say enough good things about this reasonably priced location. It was easy to find for driving and rideshares. Covered parking. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Modern and plenty of room to chill. Would definitely rent again the next time in Nashville.

Excellent location. Very convenient to Midtown, the Gulch and Broadway. Beautiful walking in the Music Row neighborhood. The building is older and the unit we stayed in has been updated as indicated. The condo is very sharp, comfortable and clean. The price is very reasonable for this location. The parking is a bit tight depending on your vehicle. We parked across the road on Music Circle N which was convenient on street parking. I will definitely be checking the availability for this condo the next time we are in town. I highly recommend this condo !!

Perfect apartment for a getaway weekend in Nashville. Beautiful and clean place, friendly owner with easy communication. About 20-25 min away from Broadway on foot.

The host Jon was great, the place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable with high-quality linens. The area was very nice and super walkable. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

We could not have been in a better location. Music Row is a great area, everything is within walking distance, or short Uber or car ride. Jon was a great host and kept in communication if I had a question. Also easy to freeway access if your sight seeing outside the area. We would absolutely stay there again.

We decided to arrive in Nashville a day earlier than planned, we contacted the host to see if the space was available for an extra night and he arranged everything with no issues. The place was very convenient, close to Music Row, Broadway and the Gulch. We were able to walk to most locations or grab an uber with ease. We had several issues, at no fault of the host, with hot water and no remote for one of the TVs, the host had a new remote to us within an hour or so and contacted the building maintenance to resolve the hot water issues..we were later surprised with a refund of a full night’s stay for our inconvenience, which was so gracious of the host. The place was decorated very modern and had all the conveniences of home. It was quiet during the night. The condo had a great view with large windows and light. Parking was also free, and covered, which was handy during a heavy rainstorm. We enjoyed our stay very much so and would stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Definitely book this place! Was even better than the photos big and spacious. The set up is great & fits 6 comfortably. The whole ambience of the condominium is awesome and nostalgic would definitely stay again. Jon is a great host & super responsive

This condo was very nice! We were worried about having one bathroom for two couples but the toilet and shower have individual doors so that helped a lot. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants nearby but did Uber to downtown due mostly to the cold weather and did not use the pool. We would rent here again!

Hot water took forever to heat. Dishwasher still had dishes in it on arrival. Cabinets missing knobs. No balcony as expected. Hallways smelt and sketchy. Good location. Clean beds and interior of condo.

Great time!

Great location and proximity. Parked the car upon arrival and didn't need to drive for three days, with visits including music row, Vandy, Broadway and everywhere in between. Hidden gem would have been the gulch but unfortunately due to one-way streets didn't realize it was there until leaving. Easy trip to and from the airport and all around great experience. The pool deck was great for relaxing before heading out and lots of options for local eateries. The accommodations were great inside the unit, which was clean and spacious. All in all a great experience and would definitely go back and try to stay in the same spot.

The condo is a great location, short distance to Broadway and near a few restaurants, bars and coffee places. The history of the building is cool. The photos were exactly correct. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed, including coffee! The decor was beautiful. We would stay here again. Thanks Jon!

Nicely finished unit with an easy walk or ride to downtown. The owner was superb with responsiveness and accomdations & an additional day for our stay. Stocked coffee was thoughtful. We enjoyed it after a quiet night of sleep. Highly recommend for your Nashville stay!

Access was convenient and the location was awesome. A short to medium walk to almost anything you could want. Will stay again.
