Stayed Feb 20, 2026It was a clean, comfortable stay. I do feel 5/5 stars for the clean and adequately stocked accommodations. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Patio and view allow visitor to absorb St George’s beautiful natural surroundings. Quiet location for larger complex. The layout of condo definitely made the best use of roughly 800 square feet. Perfect for single person or couples traveling. Some of the details to help others make an informed decision. The property is dated so a few quirks. The shower in tube is large and may be difficult to get in and out of if one has mobility issues. It is a ground floor condo, but it is a full flight of stairs to get down to condo from parking lot. Swimming pools, club house and hot tube are across the street in next complex block. Garbage bins are not in parking lot, but are roughly a half block away.

Stayed Oct 20, 2025Cozy condo for two. Very pretty view. Comfortable bed. Very close to the adult pool and hot tub. We used the hot tub every day. Pool and hot tub need to be refinished; but we understand that’s a property issue, not the hosts. The pickleball and tennis courts have been repainted since we stayed at Sports Village last. Stairs lead down to the ground floor condo. We ate most of our meals in the condo and it was a well-equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen. Don’t leave any food out on counter and you should be good. Host assured us that the HOA sprays regularly and they would make sure they were up to date.
