The condo is located in a serene resort style community, surrounded by greenery and a beautifully manicured golf course. The neighborhood is very peaceful and has an upscale atmosphere, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. Whether you are here to golf, relax, or explore the surroundings, this condo provides the perfect blend of comfort and leisure.

** Guests will have complete private use of the condo during their stay**

The condo is nestled back in the golf course of Sawmill Creek. The condo has an open floor plan. There are two private king bedroom suites on the first floor of the condo along with two full bathrooms. The loft area has a queen bed and it is an open space with no private door. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. The condo has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Guests can enjoy and relax on the patio in the backyard while gazing into the golf course that surrounds the back of the condo.

The condo has a garage right across from it. Guests can use the garage to store kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and bikes.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 8 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**This condo is not wheelchair accessible.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**No firearms inside the condo.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** Pets are permitted for a $50 pet fee per day per pet. 2 pet maximum. Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted to stay on this property. Dogs must be under the weight of 40 pounds to stay on the property**
