The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the evergreens as soft alpine light fills the living space through tall vaulted windows. After a day on the slopes, you return to the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the calm of a forested Benchlands setting. Evenings invite you to ease into the private hot tub while crisp mountain air drifts through the trees.



Living spaces

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome offers a welcoming layout designed for comfort after a day exploring Whistler. The main living area centers around a river rock wood-burning fireplace with inviting seating and a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. Large windows and vaulted ceilings allow natural light to fill the room, creating an open and airy atmosphere even during winter days.



A second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides an additional space to unwind - perfect for board games, conversation, or a quiet moment with a book.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Stainless steel appliances and generous counter space make cooking easy, while the dining table offers plenty of room to gather together for meals or morning coffee.



You’ll also find a Breville “Bambino” espresso machine with a grinder for your daily coffee ritual. A breakfast bar offers an additional place to sit, making it easy to share casual meals or plan the day’s adventures.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhome comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony. Nearby, a second bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is located on this level.

On the main level, the third bedroom offers another king-split bed, along with a second bathroom with a shower.



Outdoor space & amenities

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub deck after a day in the mountains. The balcony also includes outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for preparing casual meals outdoors.



Additional amenities include wifi, heating, portable fans, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. A spacious mudroom provides convenient storage for outdoor gear.



Location

Located in the Stoneridge complex in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood, the townhome offers ski access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain during the winter season. The nearby Village Shuttle provides convenient connections to Whistler Village, restaurants, shops, and gondolas while allowing you to enjoy the quieter forested setting of the Benchlands.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.



Getting Around:

• 10-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 30-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Exit the complex, turn left onto Spearhead Drive, and walk for one minute, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

    We loved the townhouse and the beds and linens were comfortable. The “ski access” is dependent on snow on the bottom half of the mountain but still walkable in ski boots to Merlin’s run where you can ski down to the gondola. Highly recommend this unit.

    Ski in and out was really handy and bus was very close to the front gate. Lots of space for 3 couples and kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Any problems or queries we had were very quickly dealt with by management. We loved our stay here.

    The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

    We spent an amazing 4 week vacation at this place. Great location, quiet but close enough to the village and also Lost Lake. Townhouse is well equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub, we loved the BBQ.

    This condo was nicely furnished and updated and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. It is well-located, either as a short walk from the #5 bus or a shortcut down to Merlin's run (and onto the upper village / Blackcomb gondola). If your shoes have good traction, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main village. Comes with one parking spot and we did not have trouble getting one of the first-come guest spots (right across from the unit). Communication with the company was great - they were responsive to questions about parking and early check-in, and also informed us of a bus strike (which allowed us to avoid a 15 minute wait for a bus that never came). Highly recommend!

    My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!
