Modern South Pier Condo on Sheboygan River!

The stay was everything and more then expected. The unit was superb and beautiful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

This properry was beautiful and was locsted in a great location. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the master bathroom shower was dirty. It had alot of that orange pink colored build up and black mold. You could tell it had not been scrubbed in forever. Loose hair and dirt was also in the shower it was one of the most gross showers ive used in a long time.There are 2 bathrooms though so use the guest shower it was much cleaner.

Easy check in and check out, good Wi-Fi, very nice location on the river. Shops, restaurants, coffee, and the beach all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was clean and spacious, well-maintained and very comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit on.

The property was comfortable and clean with all the kitchen amenities! The location is excellent. We were able to walk to the downtown as well as the pier area. It was easy to check in and access the property.

Location is great!Place is perfectWe had some issues- requesting to have trash removed- we were told to leave it- The ice maker wouldn’t make much ice- and no one came The manager was normally good with responsesWe had a crabby tenant scream at our kids- and instead of the manager asking us what happened or reviewing camera footage for the truth- the accused our kids of holding an elevator door for too long- But in reality- we were right there with our things and the kids were holding the door for us- The tenant just hated kids and I’m guessing the HOA doesn’t allow VRBO rentals - so they are trying to fly under the radar

Close access to everything--shorter walk to the beach, a bit further down from inner lake/pier strip--but each location has its benefits. Nicely decorated, new feel. Massive master bedroom2nd bedroom--2nd bunk bed not ideal for adults (squeaky, metal frame--makes noise with every turn), but would be awesome for a family with smaller kids. Not a deal breaker at all. Board games availableEasy walk to downtown or down to lake/pier area.

Location was great. Condo was supplied with all the amenities. We had 6 people in our group and it was comfortable for everyone. Would stay here again.

The cleanliness and communication could not be better. I am extremely satisfied with both points. The security was also very good. The location is another issue. The slightest auto noises were indoors with you. It is as if insulation was an afterthought. I liked the proximity to the harbor, for personal activities, and the pictures alluded to the unit having a harbor balcony. I was disappointed. The kitchen could be much better equipped with a large pot, large spoons, and a simple colander. Appliances were all excellent. The lack of access to a closet in the master bedroom is disturbing. Staying several days creates a need to hang a few items, and I prefer my clothing items in my closet, not the children. The locks were tacky. Noise from upstairs activity readily came through below. Additionally, the jet engine noise from HVAC system was appalling. I do not believe this location commanded the price I paid, and never will again. I will be more thorough in my research. Great time

Very nice place with a great location near the water and downtown. Couldn't figure out the bedroom TV remotes was the only downfall. Never got it to work. Main TV in living room no problem.

Great place for family or friends. We really enjoyed our weekend away here. The host was so kind, attentive and had someone onsite to assist as needed. Nice couch, cozy living room, clean, bright, good location.

This property is close to all the beautiful views, parks & everything water related. It’s like being near the ocean. Shops & restaurants are in walking distance. The building is impeccable & the condo has plenty of room.

Great place. Great location. Loved walking to the lake Michigan sunrises 4 minutes away. So glad we did not stay at American Club. Only 8 minutes away. Close to all golf but half the price.

We stayed for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was in a perfect location to walk to the beach. Very nice!

A really lovely place to stay within walking distance of the rather lovely downtown with great restaurants and the beautiful pier area. Property was really well set out and incredibly comfy. The balcony did have distant views of the lake although it overlooked a rather busy road that led to the pier area. We knew about this before arriving so it did not spoil our stay - indeed we rather enjoyed watching the cars, trucks and bikes go past. Overall a great stay - we would come again.

Everything was great, but only one set of keys for 5 of us. Should issue at least 2 sets. We ran out of somethings, but the manager ran it over to us. We would definitely rent this again.

The check in process was easy and the unit is very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, right on the river, providing easy access to the downtown area, beach, Blue Harbor, and pier. Unfortunately, the unit was not properly cleaned when we checked in. Some areas of the condo appeared to have been overlooked for some time. This was unexpected, given the numerous recent reviews praising its cleanliness. We found sand on the nightstand, end tables, floor, and in the shower. Additionally, there was a fingernail on the end table, significant mold on the shower head, dirty pans in the cabinet, and cereal pieces in the drawers. The floors were sticky in places, turning our socks black from walking on them. The remotes were so grimy that we resorted to covering them with baggies. The unit lacked essential supplies, with no paper towels, dish drying towels, and only two small, food-encrusted fry pans and two small knives available. However, there was no shortage of wine glasses and plates. Contacting the property manager to address these issues proved challenging. I trust that this does not reflect on the property owners, who, according to other reviews, seem to value their property highly. Unfortunately, it appears that the cleaning company they have hired does not uphold the same standard of excellence. If I had the option, I would have cancelled my stay and booked someplace else because we were so grossed out. I spent 2 hours of my vacation trying to clean.

Condo was clean, large and seemed pretty new. The master bed was very comfy. The location is great- a walk to the beach and the river is right there with a few places to eat. I would recommend that the owner provide two sets of keys as IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT to only have one set for a family of 5 adults. We called and asked for another but they said this was not possible. We had to significantly modify our plans as we were there for a family wedding. Also it would be a good idea to provide a few beach chairs as my sister stayed in the same building and their unit had them for the beach. Other than that I would recommend this place without any concerns. It’s a beautiful condo!!

Nice property, clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to Lake Michigan. The walk along the river is great, too. We would stay there again.
