Incredible view on Harbor Island, modern open Harbor Island condo just a 2 minute walk from the beach and across the street from the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club. The perfect rental to base yourself with an open and airy feel, screened in and fanned porch and everything you need to just walk in and be right at home.
This remodeled condo is comfortable and modern. The pull out sleeper sofa allows for 4 guests. The chef will love the kitchen and ample counter space while enjoying the ocean view!
The bedroom is well appointed with a brand new (July 2025) king size bed! The bath has a walk in shower.
Located in the L building on the second floor- the only one with an elevator - and containing all that you may need for the beach, including a buggy, umbrella, chairs, and towels, just bring yourselves.

*Max one dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. No cats.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

    We enjoyed our stay at this location. It as a beautiful view from the condo. The place was well appointed and we really liked the bathroom. Not a bad walk to the beach. And they had a pass to the state park that could also be used. We took advantage of this and went for morning walks at Hunting Island. Would say here again.

    The facility is great. We couldnt have asked for better location. This unit is right behind the elevator. Even though there is an elevator stairs have to be used to access. There is not a stove in unit to bake and there is something wrong with the bed. It rolls to a hole in the middle on the right side. My husband slept on the couch half the week. Overall great trip. Morgan at the property office was always helpful.

    First time to the area, my husband and I stayed a few days in L206 at Harbor Island. We absolutely loved it! Harbor Island is private and pretty secluded. Maybe it was just this time of year, but the beach had so few people. The white sand and relatively calm waters made it so relaxing. We could set up our chairs and umbrella wherever we wanted. The walk from the condos to the beach is a little far because of the wide dunes. But the boardwalk was easy to navigate and in great shape. We used the pool close to the beach, which was a little small, but perfect for our needs. The one at the Club was bigger. The Turtle Nest had snacks, gifts and local art. The condo we stayed in was so cute and well laid out, with a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. The decor is bright, modern and clean except for a couple stains on the light colored couch and chair. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Only complaints are the mattress was terribly uncomfortable and there were a couple dead bugs and other debris on the floors where they hadn’t been swept well. There is an elevator in the building, but you have to go up a few stairs to get to it. Not a problem for us, but would be an issue for someone disabled. We tried several restaurants and really enjoyed most. Would definitely recommend Foolish Frog (great seafood food and service), Seaside Bar & Grill (family owned, fantastic Sunday breakfast) and Another Slice (yummy pizza). Overall the whole trip was wonderful!

    The property is very nice and the beach is fantastic. Only real complaint about the unit is that it really needs a new mattress. Everything was great except for sleeping, the mattress should be replaced before renting to anyone else.
