Modern oceanfront studio condo on Nye Beach with seasonal pool

Accommodations, location, pricing were all great! Full kitchen is a plus. Enjoyed Gritz's Hideaway very much.

This was my first time staying at the Hallmark and i absolutely loved it! Clean, very nice room and I used the workout facilities every morning My new favourite spot at the beach!

Host was great and responsive. Everything in the unit was clean and as described.

The beach was unobstructed view, but the condo smelled so bad it smelled like a mixture of dog and mold or smoke. I don’t know what it woke me up at night and I used the CPAP and there were little like fleas every time I tried to eat in there, they would be trying to get into my food so we didn’t really eat much in there and there were some crawling bugs as well. Little spiders. It was my 65th birthday and we wanted to spend it oceanfront on my beach we made the best of it.

The condo had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Laying in bed with the windows open and enjoying the sounds and sights of Nye Beach was so lovely. The walk in shower with rain head was a bonus. We skipped the stairs to the beach and accessed it easily by walking the shops to the south. Plenty of good eats nearby as well.

Location and the price was good.

Perfect location for exploring both north and south! Stunning ocean front views, with private beach access! Kitchen well equiped. The condo lovely and only 2 blocks to great food options, art galleries, and funky shops. Will stay here again!

We loved our stay on Nye Beach, close beach access, beautiful view, we would definitely stay here again. Studio was very comfortable and bed was great!!

Excellent location for walking to many things and easy access to the beach. Nye beach is a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and local shops. The view from the condo cannot be beat.

Loved my stay at this property! It gave a great way to enjoy the stormy ocean from the comfort and warmth of the couch. Loved the easy access to Nye Beach and the bay front, as well as the Yaquina Head lighthouse just a ten minute drive away. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo. Perfect for a couple. Within walking distance of the Nye Beach entrance with easy beach access, a myriad of different restaurants and shops. 111 stairs from the property down to the beach. Easier to walk down the hill to the Mye Beach entrance!

Walked into a beautiful apartment! Plenty of room for two! The bed was comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Very comfortable couch and living/bedroom combined. Pictures are accurate. Newer appliances so easy to use. Comfortable bathroom with a tall toilet for tall people! Even the utensils were great to use.We will be back for sure

Everything was great. Listing was accurate and the condo was clean with beautiful views and convenient location.

This was the perfect spot to stay. Right on the ocean. We loved sleeping with windows open listening to the waves. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything was easy, clean…..and the view….whew, whew, whew! Had everything we needed. Close to everything….. now, if you could flatten the hill….gooing down was easy….up, not so much ( I’m 84). But I’d do it again !
