Stayed Feb 3, 2026Very nice place. Great location. Communication was good with host. Internet was out for a couple days. That was hard because I needed to do some work meetings. I also let them know I broke out with bed bug bites. That was acknowledged but pushed to the side. I’m now home and more bites are showing up. They tried to tell me the bites were sand fleas… I never went to the beach. We worked during the day, played golf, and went out to dinner. Otherwise we were in the condo. The view of Sun rises is amazing.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Condo was excellent - clean comfortable and with much equipment every thing you need . Could not fault it. Lovely view from balcony.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Condo is great. Sargassum is so bad it smells horrific. Playa doesn’t maintain the beach so it’s covered in old smelly sea grass. Then when it taken off the beach they place it in the street next to the hotel.I feel bad giving a bad review because the condo itself is very nice and so is the building and owner etc. however the smell is so bad it made us want to leave.

Stayed May 31, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. The patio was nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. We appreciated the laundry in the unit as well. Small touches like books to read and pool floats were unexpected and very nice to have.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024This place was exactly how it’s pictured probably even better in person. So clean! Beautiful views! Short walk to 5th Ave. the pool is so clean the bar has cheap drinks and they are so yummy! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. We will def be back.
