Modern, New Condo, on Nashville's riverfront. Beautifully decorated for an out of this world stay.

This condo was in a great location. We we able to walk to Broadway and it is also in a great location to access the highway quickly. So it was easy to get in and out of. It was very clean and had everything we needed!

This is a wonderful place to stay to explore downtown Nashville. Close enough to walk into downtown and far enough away to give you a quiet break. Our host was gracious and had great communication access.

Great communication, location and ease of access. Area rug in the LR had a big nasty stain on it which effects the first impression but all in all we enjoyed the unit very much.

Great space right on the river with a nice view! Convenient location- close to the action but not too loud. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place in Nashville. 5-7 Lyft to Broadway is still accurate, but was walkable too, about a 20 minute stroll. Personally did not walk at night. There was not a grocery store or restaurants or coffee super close by, but we made do. Beds were comfy, basics were provided and appreciated. We were nervous about using Latch to get in, but had absolutely no problem. But do be sure someone has a charged phone with the app when out. I would happily stay again for the price.

Shops with in 1 mile. Kitchen had a good selection but could have used couple med to large bowls for meal prep and a couple kitchen towels. Besides that perfect!

Great place to stay. Modern condo. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. Great communication with property managers. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location of the property. The beds were nice and firm. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Patio furniture needs replaced.

Check out process greatGranted us a later check out due to flight delaysOnly complaint was the area around the entrance to the building needs daily attention. People were leaving containers with half eaten food on the planters, resulting in hundreds of ants. And those containers were there for over 48 hours.

Great location in Germantown close to bars and restaurants. Also convenient to Broadway giving lots of options for entertainment. Nice balcony overlooking the river to relax

Property owner/manager did a great job with their communication and information both before and during the trip.Unit itself worked very well for the 4 of us.Pretty easy walk to Printers Alley and even Broadway. Scooter rental and rideshare are both readily available and inexpensive. Only downside is there isn't any store/restaurant/bar kinda stuff right close by, but that was kinda nice for us cuz it meant less foot traffic and noise. All in all, for 4 adults who wanted a good time in Nashville in worked out well! both

Fabulous views! Half mile or 6 dollar Lyft ride to downtown. We will be back!

Perfect location for the strip and the New Year’s Eve celebration

Property owner was very attentive and got back to us quickly on our questions. Condo was perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen/bath were well equipped. My husband appreciated the coffee and creamer. Easy walk to Broadway or quick Uber when it rained.

The condo itself was nice and very much as described. Enjoyed the big window and lots of light. There were nice extra amenities that were thought of in the bathroom plus a box fan for white noise (extra points for that). The trains are not a problem at all even though they are right next to the tracks. This place was very modern. I wouldn't say that is better. Using your mobile device (the only way I might add) is not the best way to be able to actually get you into the parking garage and into the condo. If you are not savvy with technology, I would not book this place. The parking is a hassle for a any vehicle bigger than a small sedan. The garage is very tiny and no room to turn around, much less back up. Otherwise, this swanky place to stay.

Beautiful property. Only draw back was no drawer space in bedrooms and the Latch app required for entry was inconvenient.

Beautiful location and so close to downtown. The river view is amazing!
