Modern Marvel 2 blocks from French Quarter & Frenchmen

Beautiful space and fantastic location. Would absolutely stay here again. Hosts were so responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

This place is great! It had everything we needed for our stay in New Orleans. The location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Modern Marvel was fantastic. The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there are so many wonderful restaurants and of course the French Quarter. The nightlife on Frenchmen St is a short walk away. The airB&B is beautiful. The beds were really comfortable and the amenities plentiful. We would definitely stay there whenever we return to New Orleans!

Hosts were very kind and gave us a clean and safe place to enjoy the new year in NOLA.

We had a great stay (family with two teens). The home was clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. Location was perfect - we walked a lot - the French quarter and Frenchmen street both easily reached from the home. We also walked to the street car. The hosts were helpful with tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, extra blankets when the weather suddenly changed. Overall had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay

Property was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable , plenty of towels and other items in the bath.Kitchen was well stocked with a nice surprise snack basket.Most impressively the hosts were always available if you have questions.You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at this property As stated in their listing parking is limited as in most large cities , after the first day we took Uber where we wanted to go as parking can be expensive in New Orleans.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Location was great. Walking distance to everywhere we planned on going. Quiet neighborhood and great hosts. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property was very nice, clean, & just as described, especially with it's location, most of other neighborhoods within walking distance , & private parking. The hosts were very hospitable, helpful, & responsive, & reached out themselves to check if we needed anything. I would highly recommend.

I almost don't want to tell you how nice this rental was. I want to keep it all to myself! It was the best place we've stated in New Orleans, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, walking distance to French Quarter and off road parking for our small car! We loved it. Had a great time. Would book again!

This home was amazing and so are the owners! Excellent communication; home exceeded my expectations and we felt welcomed and at home! The home was well stocked and we lacked for nothing. The unit is centrally located, close to the French Quarter and the owners recommendations and suggestions were spot on and helpful!

Irelis and David are friendly, accommodating and responsive. We stayed for three weeks in New Orleans in January. Although we ate often in restaurants, the kitchen was great and we were able to cook comfortably. The location is superb with plenty to do within walking distance. I can’t wait to come back!

The property was just as pictured and we couldn't have asked for better hosts! They were very kind, responded right away and not to mention accommodating. The space was so clean, and open with the perfect little touches that made our stay special. We especially appreciated the little goodie basket in the kitchen, and the list of recommended restaurants and places to visit. It was all laid out in a well organized booklet on the coffee table. The location is amazing as well. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit to New Orleans.

Great location. Close to the French quarter but also just far enough away to have privacy and quiet when you’re ready. We will definitely stay there again.
