Modern Luxury Renovated Ocean View Condo - Steps to the beach with Pool and A/C

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice especially the location and view! We spent as much down time as we could relaxing on the lanai enjoying the sights and sounds. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has a little bit of everything you need. Our first time on the island so we were unfamiliar where to stay. The community grounds were kept pristine. Kapa’a was ideal. We can’t wait to come back and we will be booking this condo again! Mahalo!

This 2nd floor corner condo looks just like the photos. It's situated next to the beach in a gated complex surrounded by lush, colorful landscaping. Parking is on the front side of the building, so you walk to the waterside and up some stairs (a bit hard to find). The unit itself is attractive, updated, and well equipped, and the panoramic view out the windows and from the deck is incredible. The living area and bathroom are spacious, and the separate king bedroom is open enough to move around. The large balcony has 2 loungers, a table and chairs for sitting out in the AM and evening (the afternoon sun is very bright on the deck). We appreciated the table and 2 tall chairs on a separate small landing just outside the front door where we sat when the sun was too bright. The king bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flat. When we arrived the internet and tv were not working, so we called the management company who sent someone to fix the problem the next day. The AC is slow to work, and doesn't cool things down very much but helps. There is lots of tropical bird noise, including the local wild chickens, and at night you can hear the wedge tailed shearwaters who nest here during breeding season. They're active at night and sound like babies crying. The beach is not great for swimming, although there is a small rocked in sheltered area, and there is a pool. Overall, we loved the condo and location, and hope to return!

Perfect location! Great views for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Open widows at night drew in the ocean breeze and sounds. The complex is gated and and we felt secure during our stay. When we return to Kauai, we will 100% rebook this condo.

Communication was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy. Lovely grounds; wonderful view. Condo was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This location is amazing! Close to eveything and the access to the pool, beach etc is outstanding. Grounds, pool, BBQ's all kept clean and nice for all to use. Our unit was spotless and modernly updated with a great kitchen to boot. The only thing that was under par was the air conditioning/handler for the living room. The bedroom was nice and cool, the living/dining area stayed warm thru day bottom line hot to where you could not sit in the living room area. VRBO staff was great and sent someone right away however the problem over the length of the stay was not resolved. The maintenance person check the temperature of the air handler in the front room at 8:30 in the morning so it showed fine. It was over the length of the day that the place got hot. We kept the shutters closed all day until evening around 6:30PM. LOVED the unit again....please know that the unit was unbeleiveable! Hope to be back once this A/C is resolved. We have made reservations for next year on Kauai at a different location.

Great location just steps from the beach and away from traffic or other distraction. The unit is spacious and comfortable, clean and immaculate. Wifi did not work during our 4-day stay and while management was responsive to our request, they were unable to restore before we left. Without wifi, you can't earn 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this property. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Great view of the pool and beach. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurant. Great central location for reaching all parts of the island. The staff were very responsive and helped us plan excursions and made our trip very smooth. Would definitely return.

We will stay here again if we return to the island. We enjoyed walking over to Lava Lava Beach Club next door and listening to music and eating at the restaurant.
