Modern Luxury! Central Downtown Condo with parking! (License #6072)

This loft is amazing! You cannot beat this location. We just loved being right on the river walk. Food and shopping all around. Very nice to have your own private parking space too. The space was luxurious and fun. Would highly recommend and hope this is available next time we come to Estes Park!!!

In the middle of downtown! Great location yet quiet at night.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the laundry machine and dryer were very new and worked well. The 2nd half bathroom on the first floor was helpful with a family of 4 in the condo. The main bathroom shower was spacious and modern, and the bath towel heater was a comforting touch. The kitchen was also stocked with cups and a few snacks. The location is excellent with the river walk just out the door. Parking was easy. Restaurants and shopping are steps away. We took many strolls in Knoll-Willows Open Space, the park just a block away. On those strolls we saw elk, birds and small mammals. The Lake Estes trail is a short walk away and was also great for bird watching and exercise when not in RMNP. For a family of 4 with two children ages 11 and 15, this was a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at the property, and it continues to be one of the best we've been to. The location is amazing and the whole place is sparkling clean. We love all the little touches that go above and beyond a typical stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Skyhouse in Estes Park. Location is great, you can walk all of the downtown and Safeway is a 3 min drive if you need to grab groceries. Easy drive to RMNP with minimal traffic. It was very clean - I always wipe everything down and usually see a lot of dust or missed dirt but it was immaculate! The space is very roomy and it was very quiet even during the day. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There are fans in the bedrooms and the windows open which help cool things off at night (AC is only in the family room, doesn’t cool the rest of the condo). My only complaint is that the curtains in the bedrooms don’t block any light and by 5am it is so bright that you feel like it’s mid-day. The first morning I thought we had all missed our alarms and our 10am entry and when I looked at the time I was shocked that it was only 5:15am. So if you want to sleep in past 5am, bring an eye mask. If we come back to Estes Park we would definitely stay here again and I absolutely recommend it! It’s one of the nicer rentals we’ve stayed in.

We loved our little staycation here! It feels like a hidden gem right on town. We walked to everything we did. The place would be ideal for any family situation, a few couples or a family with kids. It’s versatile and feels dreamy inside. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed at Skyhouse for a ladies reading weekend. Awesome accommodations! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable! The property is conveniently located with great parking and gorgeous views of the mountains. We had a little hiccup putting the code in to enter the building but it was resolved quickly. Would absolutely stay again!

Very nice home, right in the middle of 'downtown' - go up the road to get to a lot shopping area; go down the road and get many more.The place was well kept, aesthetically furnished, lots of space in bedrooms and living room.We would go there again if we head to Estes Park again.

Wonderful space in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Bonus of two parking spaces. Host had helpful suggestions and ideas for our stay and was quick to respond. The elks outside our window in the morning was so cool.

This is our second time to stay at Skyhouse. Everything at the property is top notch.Our favorite part is the proximity to everything in Estes. This location is great because we can split up and still have access to everything in Estes.

Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.

The condo was beautiful and very clean . The location was right in the middle of town and walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. The coffee and supplies were great. The view out of the breakfast window of the mountains and downtown was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

And the easy walk to the Visitor Center to catch the Hiker Shuttle made getting in and out of RMNP very easy! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was comfortable, quiet & very clean. We loved that the river was just outside our door & we could walk to shops & restaurants. It was also very close to the RMNP entrance. Great place & we appreciate the hospitality of our host.

In town for a wedding. Everything went great and the rental was perfect for our family.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and well appointed. It was perfect because part of our group went to Eldora for snowboarding and although the rest of us didn't have a car we walked to shops and restaurants in the quaint downtown and along the riverwalk. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park too.

Weekend getaway with friends and family. The condo was in such a good location that we were able to walk everywhere to explore the town to shop, drink and eat. The property was perfect for us offering us a centrally located home base with plenty of beds and space.
