We like the location and being on the river. The latch app was a bit difficult at times. However, having the host's phone number helped a lot. We would book it again!

Convenient location and very cool condo.

The location, layout and view were awesome. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice extras such as spices, makeup remover products and extra towels. Beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The heat and air unit was very loud and the diverter valve on one of the showers was not working but the hosts were easy to communicate with regarding these issues.

The property was beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony. The walk to the shops and Broadway was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful.

The apartment is quaint and cozy, loved the safety features. Perfect location for our trip. The building sits next to a train track, we did not find this to be disturbing more just something to note. The owner is an excellent communicator. Using an app system to unlock all doors and gain access to building was a curveball.

We loved the unit and the building was very secure and quiet. The trains didn't bother us, loved seeing them and all of the river traffic. The unit was very clean, each couple had their own bathroom, the kitchen had spices and olive oil. We only cooked breakfast. Everyone in our group remarked about how perfect the unit was!

The host communicated very well and was very helpful. Overall we had a great time and would come again!

Little frustrated with the fact, we didn’t know we had to download an app to open the doors so that was confusing trying to get in the building until somebody walked up to the building and had to tell us what was going on… Plus the person above us was super loud with walking heavy footed all morning long every morning, but the property itself was nice clean. The house was great and very accommodating a perfect place to be able to walk to Broadway Nashville

Great condo in Nashville! Very comfortable in every way! Lots of nice, extra touches in kitchen and bathroom to make our stay great! Would highly recommend!!! Hosts communication was excellent!!!!

It’s a really wonderful place. We had everything we needed, and great communication with the property owners. The nearby train noise was not an issue. However there’s was quite a bit of noise from the tenants above walking around late at night, but overall this is a great spot to rent!

The condo was beautiful with a lovely view and easy to get to downtown!

This rental had everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The spaces are huge. The view of the river and bridge is nice. The balcony space was fine for our group of four to enjoy a nice happy hour. You are right beside the train bridge p, but that’s so quaint and the hosts provide sound machines in each bedroom in case you are sensitive to the noise (it’s not bad at all). The hosts were very communicative and so thoughtful. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was super smooth, need to have a smartphone at all times but who doesnt. Very responsive on needs and flexible with extension which made the trip way more manageable from us. House was super clean and really nice. Very new everything and accommodations.The view was FANTASTIC. You could see the train but you couldn't hear it.

The room sizes were all very big and comfortable, the big windows and sunny views were great. Perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks. We had a big family meal in the great kitchen. Very well appointed. The train noise did bother the one bedroom a little. My only feedback is that the 4 pm check in and 10 am check out should be in line with standard hotel, check in at 3 and check out by 4.

Very nice. It was a short uber/lyft ride to Broadway. Property was well supplied with essentials. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Highly recommend! Overall our experience was really positive. The hosts were excellent at communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests - we had a group of people all arriving and leaving at different times and they were generous enough to allow us to edit our check in/out times as the property allowed which was greatly appreciated. The keyless system worked really well for a group so we could all have access to come and go as we pleased. Great river view with beautiful big windows and super close to all the action on Broadway!

Large, clean, bright unit 3/4 a mile north of Broadway. Well stocked and it exceeded my expectations. About a 10-12 min drive (d/t traffic) to Vandy. If renting for Broadway, walking during the day seems fine. Would still recommend a short Uber if coming back past dark as the neighborhood had very few people. Be aware that the train tracks you see in the pics are active, but we did not have an issue. 100% would stay here again for future trips.

The check in process and communication with the host was seamless. We loved the latch system and it was so easy to gain access to the building. Home was spotless and very well stocked. Beds and furniture were SUPER comfortable. We would stay again for sure. Couple of things to note:- the building is right beside a train track. The train runs very frequently at all times. If you are a light sleeper, this will cause issues. They did provide noise machines in the bedrooms to help with this.- The 3rd bedroom has a loft wall so it doesn’t go up to the ceiling. This could cause privacy issues for some.

The property was great. Very roomy and accommodation. The owners were so very very helpful. The mattresses were fantastic.

We enjoyed our first time in Nashville and packed in a lot of super fun activities! Easy to walk to Broadway during the day and definitely recommend the Nashville Trolley tour.

Gorgeous apartment with such a cool view of Nashville. We loved watching the trains go by and didn't even need the sound machines that are such a nice touch in all the rooms. We had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and can't speak highly enough of the hosts! You can't go wrong staying here!

Loved this condo! The view is amazing and so relaxing. Yes, the train goes by often but is actually very cool to watch and wasn’t as loud as I thought. In addition, sound machines are in the bedrooms to block any noise, which is such a nice touch. Beautiful condo and it was super clean and had everything we needed! And they provide enough supplies too! Everything is in walking distance too! The kids and I were blue to walk to the Country Hall of Fame, Farmer’s Market, Capitol, the main strip, everywhere. Such great location!

We had a wonderful stay here, very cozy with a cool view, had everything we needed. Close to broadway and all the restaurants we went to. Train is right next to property but the provided sound machines helped us sleep well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, lots of room, clean and has everything you need! Great attention to detail including bottled water waiting for us in the refrigerator. We actually enjoyed seeing the train passing by. Owner is very responsive & friendly!

Great spot that worked perfectly for our stay. Spacious and clean condo. Beautiful view of the river. The proximity of the passing trains was fun to watch as they came through a few times a day.

We loved this place! The location was prime for Music Row. It took no more than 2 minutes for an Uber every time we needed one. The condo is immaculate and the view was so cool with the river right there. If I had one complaint, it would be the train being so close but I would 1000000% stay here again no questions asked! The sound machines are a nice touch and the check in process with the Latch entry was seamless!

Nice clean. Less than 20 minute walk to broadway. Friendly people. Train track next door but trains are relatively quiet. Think of an ocean wave background.

Very clean; cozy, amazing river front view; 15 minute walk to Broadway. Wonderful communication with management team about check in and check out. kitchen had everything we needed and all bathrooms supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash- perfectly convenient. Will stay here again:

A very nice, but quick visit to Nashville. I would stay in this condo again, and I would recommend it to friends. Not a huge fan of the latch entry system. Worked because we had multiple people and could stand at various entrances to see what unlocked. Labeling of parking and Latch could be better. A few very minor cleanliness issues - much like my home.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Clean and well appointed condo. Walkable to Broadway, but so much more fun to scooter. Great communication from Mark, who answered my messages promptly and was very accommodating. I’m a light sleeper and the train didn’t disturb me. Maybe that’s because the bedding and pillows were so comfy! No complaints!

We enjoyed our stay! Apartment was clean and comfortable and our hosts very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again with our group!
