Excellent property, manager, customer service and great location.

Great place and great location. Clean. The coffee you provide is great! The sofa needs replacing—it dips so low in the middle that it’s quite difficult to get up. I don’t think there are any springs left. And the bed—whoa! So rickety. The slightest movement made it rattle and squeak, and the mattress felt worn and lumpy. The bedroom has enough space for a king bed; I would recommend an upgrade. Lastly, given that I pointed out the inconsistencies in the pet fee, the customer service-forward gesture would have been to charge me the prior fee of 50.

The Nations is a family neighborhood very easy and safe to walk in. Its also just a 10 minute drive to downtown so also great for enjoying the Nashville nightlife. This apartment is very clear and well furnished and the host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend it.

Really nice apartment, plenty of room and all the appointments necessary. A good place to work for the week while in Nashville. Loved the decor, feel and the neighborhood - a cool new area in The Nations. I appreciated the lovely black out curtains, allowed for uninterrupted sleep. I'll be back!

I had an amazing experience booking with James! Not only was the house in the most perfect condition for guests, but James is outstanding at communicating and will be glad to assist you with any troubles. Booking houses, flights, and cars for trips always brings me anxiety but it was smooth sailing thanks to the communication and accommodations given.

My husband, our 2 dogs and myself stopped for one night in Nashville. It was a fun little stay and this apartment was a great fit. The place is very well maintained and clean. It is also close to restaurants and downtown.

This is a great property close to all of the action in Nashville! The property has been updated and decorated nicely. All of the amenities needed are provided. It’s a short and inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere you want to go on broadway, midtown or any of the happening Nashville areas. The hosts were very accommodating and tended to all of our needs. We loved that we were able to bring our four legged fur baby with us! There is no pet fee and the neighborhood is great for walking your four legged companions! We would definitely visit and book another stay.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. We loved having the opportunity to bring BOTH our dogs with us. It made traveling much smoother not having to board them for such a short weekend. Great spots around to dine or hangout and only minutes from Broadway. Highly recommend this location!
