Stayed May 7, 2025Great place and great location. Clean. The coffee you provide is great! The sofa needs replacing—it dips so low in the middle that it’s quite difficult to get up. I don’t think there are any springs left. And the bed—whoa! So rickety. The slightest movement made it rattle and squeak, and the mattress felt worn and lumpy. The bedroom has enough space for a king bed; I would recommend an upgrade. Lastly, given that I pointed out the inconsistencies in the pet fee, the customer service-forward gesture would have been to charge me the prior fee of 50.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025The Nations is a family neighborhood very easy and safe to walk in. Its also just a 10 minute drive to downtown so also great for enjoying the Nashville nightlife. This apartment is very clear and well furnished and the host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend it.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Really nice apartment, plenty of room and all the appointments necessary. A good place to work for the week while in Nashville. Loved the decor, feel and the neighborhood - a cool new area in The Nations. I appreciated the lovely black out curtains, allowed for uninterrupted sleep. I'll be back!

Stayed May 11, 2024My husband, our 2 dogs and myself stopped for one night in Nashville. It was a fun little stay and this apartment was a great fit. The place is very well maintained and clean. It is also close to restaurants and downtown.
