    Property stocked very well. On the golf course. Master bed needs replacing, moldy clothes washer, having to wash dishes and put them away before checking out rather than loading and starting dishwasher, owner left welcome note and a bottle of Prosecco accompanied by 4 bags of trail mix. Plastic chairs and dining table.

    This was a great unit; upgraded and all amenities supplied. Only downside was not many walking paths within Desert Princess however we did find a few on the west side.

    This is a beautiful, well appointed condo, right on the golf course! Robyn met us at check in and explained everything. She checked in with us during our stay and even allowed an early check in. It had everything you could ever need and was nicely decorated. The living room and kitchen were sunny and airy. The bedrooms were large and bathrooms updated with wonderful showers. We could not of been happier with our stay in this lovely home.

    Super comfortable! The condo was clean, modern and full of amenities. The view was excellent -- golf course, palm trees and distant mountains. We enjoyed watching the golfers go by. Pool and hot tub right next door was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

    Our host, Robin, was the best. She met us at the townhouse and showed us some of the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. During our stay she checked in a couple more times to see if there was anything that we needed. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. After checking out, I mentioned to Robin that the mattress in the Master bedroom was showing it's age and maybe should be replaced. The pool at the HOA was dirty and had a lot of bugs in it. Robin asked that she be contacted so that she could alert the HOA of the issue. All in all we will return to this location when visiting Palm Springs.

    Beautiful space, extremely comfortable, peaceful and serene. Very private and well maintained grounds. Beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt taken care of. Highly recommend.

    We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The furnishings were great, comfortable, & tastefully done. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the golf course, and the proximity to the pool and hot tub. The Property Manager, Robin, was also very helpful with any questions.

    The place had everything and was beautiful. Fine bedding and linen. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Perfect for two people or 2 couples. Would totally book again. Owner even wrote a welcoming note and left a little gift. ?

    This property was perfect for our needs. It looked exactly like the pictures. The unit (especially the kitchen) was fully stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. The view of the golf course was lovely. We would have our morning while enjoying the view. The pool was steps away. The location was perfect. It is close to everything. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy. We had a wonderful stay. We will be back.

    Had a very good stay at this property. It was clean and had all that our family needed for our spring break vacation. In advance of our arrival we were told the pool nearest to the condo was closed due to renovations, but there were several other pools near the unit that were within walking distance that were good for our kids. Property had tennis and pickle ball rackets, board games, TV's, etc to keep everyone entertained for use within the community. A couple of minor things that may/may not matter to some: *Unit exists within a gated community that seems to mostly cater to retirement-aged folks. If looking for a place where there might be more families with kids, this is different than that. *While everything was well maintained within the unit, the kitchen's pots/pans were a little worn down, particularly their non-stick cookware. *Unit backs right onto the golf course and there were times where that impacted the privacy some. This was not a huge deal to us, but it might be to some others. On the flip side, our kids did love playing in the open grassy space in the back. *Location is very much on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border and we found that to be very useful to get around to various places. Overall, though, this was a well maintained unit with a lot of positives for our family. Spacious with big bedrooms, a lot of natural light, and quiet. Communication with the managers was also great.

    This condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and having a grill on the patio was ideal. Our daughter enjoyed the pools nearby. They were heated along with hot tubs so were still fun even on the cooler spring days. Having a washer and dryer made our lives easy on a long trip.
