Stayed Sep 21, 2024The Avalon apartment is great place to stay and relaxing. Pool is nearby. Publix and Walmart also close by. Will rent again.

Stayed May 26, 2023This is the second time I have rented this unit from Florenta. She is an amazing hostess and aimed to please. She is always quick to respond with any issues. Issues are few and far between. The only issue I have ever had is yesterday the internet was down. It was a spectrum issue, but Florenta pointed me in the right direction to get it taken care of. Will always rent this unit from her when available.

Stayed Jan 12, 2023Dated. Kitchen is old. Couch sits very low to floor. Patio curtains don’t block outside from seeing in Very surprised with hardly any laundry, dish, dryer sheets and ingredients. There were no paper towels
