Modern 3 Bedroom Executive House by AFB

Property was adequate. Average place that is clearly an investment property based on condition and cleanliness. Location isn't great. Owner is terrible and condescending.

Awesome place to stay! A million times better than a hotel! Very spacious and clean. No decor so easy to spread out and pack up easily. Floors are cold so bring slippers... and there's a lot of echo with all tile (a few area rugs) - but the 4 of us were very comfortable. Great bedding/pillows - we all slept well! Just super picky but a better shower head in master bath would be great for us that have thick hair... and a handle to slide the door from the inside. Thank you for the smokers pole outside! We'll definitely try to stay here when going back to visit family. The Owner Jon was extremely helpful and replied quickly to questions - even at very inconvenient hours for him. Thank you for a wonderful stay during a very difficult time (Father-in-Law's funeral).

Nice neighborhood.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very neat place, it was just what we needed for our vacation stay in the area. Everything real close by.

The house was easy to find in a nice neighborhood. It was clean. We had our whole little family and our daughter, son-in-law and grandson for the stay. Our teenage daughter had her national softball tournament so the washer and dryer were nice so we could wash uniforms.

Need a broom, dust pan, and larger trash can with bags.

The price and location are great

Was a bit disappointed after relying on previous reviews to choose this location. There was an odor that a too strong plug in air freshener was trying to mask. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Dishes are chipped. Master bed was very low to the floor. With some TLC, this unit could be very nice. It was ok but we were not wowed by it.

decided to stay in small home over hotel for visit with long-time friends... best decision EVER!!! was able to completely relax and rest after a long ride from texas to arkansas.. will be back for our next trip!!!

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay! Communication with Jon was easy and efficient (thank you for allowing us to extend our stay). Home was large enough to accommodate 3 adults and 3 kids and allowed for a great home-base to start and end each day. Would stay here again

Staying here was a nice alternative to staying at a motel/hotel. We had our privacy for special visits with family members and business meetings. The rental allowed for all the comforts of home away from home.

The concrete floors were great for a group of hunters that don’t always have the cleanest boots. .
