Stayed Jun 22, 2025We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. The building is older, and the hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell. Inside the unit, the lighting was quite poor throughout the day, which made it difficult to work or relax comfortably. The refrigerator did not stay cold enough, and unfortunately, we had to throw away food that spoiled. The furniture was uncomfortable, and the blinds on the bottom floor allowed in a lot of light at night, which made it hard to sleep. The upstairs area was very warm, even with a fan running, and we could clearly hear our neighbors through the walls.With some updates to the furnishings, appliances, and lighting—and better temperature control—this property could offer a much more pleasant stay.

Stayed Oct 16, 2022The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. Also, the walls were so thin that the neighbor's TV was plainly audible (I could hear every word of dialogue as though it were playing in the room with me). This was all on my initial walk-through of the apartment. We ended up getting a hotel downtown at the last minute that night rather than stay.
