Mimi's Place - Oceanfront condo, fantastic views and covered deck

Nice location and clean

Views are incredible. The condo is surprising very large. It was very clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had for them. A lot of stairs and parking was challenging at times, but it was totally worth the location and the views!

Great place and location. Climbing stairs was tough but we had best view since we were higher up. Would def stay here again.

The unit was nice and spacious, and in a good location- close to shopping and restaurants. The only somewhat negative (or more inconvenient is probably more accurate) things are:- the parking is not ideal as there is room for only two vehicles and maneuvering in/out of the designated parking spots is somewhat cumbersome when all units are occupied. There is also no available street parking.- there were no complimentary bars of soap or body wash in either bathroom so bring your own or be prepared to run out to the closest grocery store

My family and I had a great time! The location is excellent. Very clean and the open space was perfect for quality time!

It has truly become a paradise for us and feels like home away from home. Only negative feedback we have is the guest shower/tube. Water was sort of coming out of the spout and shower head and so pressure was not great.

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!
