Imagine yourself relaxing in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that was completely renovated in 2023. This beautifully decorated condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Relax on the beach front balcony that is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom The tastefully decorated living room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy streaming a movie or hanging outwith ...family. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided at no additional cost. Your condo has a full kitchen and dining area with a seperate laundry room. with a full size washer and dryer for added convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. Both are adjacent to a full bath. In no mood to cook, throw a steak on the grill in the pool area and watch the sunset.

Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass. Visit St. Petersburg where you will find museums like the world-renowned Dali museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and historical locations. There are many popular diners and seafood restaurants within a short distance.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    Great condo super close to the beach. Fun to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night. Great for kids and plenty of room. Only down side is the balcony is overlooking the pool area to the condo next door. The people there were very loud and lots of parties. The pool for this condo was perfect and beach access was easy. Beach was great and not very crowded. Definitely recommend this property.

    This was a great location! We spent time in Clearwater, the town of St. Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach and John's Pass which are fun areas. You can't beat proximity to the gulf in this unit and we rented the blue beach chairs ($35/day). We enjoyed the pool but also wished they had a hot tub because a few days were cooler. The unit is spacious which was nice for our family of 6, but needs a little TLC. The tile floors are not secured well and make a grinding noise when you walk. The master bedroom door to the lanai can only be closed by pushing it closed from the lanai and the washing machine doesn't spin. With new floors and updated appliances, this place would be quite a gem!

    Check-in was super easy. Covered parking. Lovely unit that was well equipped. Steps away to your beach chair from the unit. We went in early May and the beach was perfect. Calm shallow waters and white powdery sand. Beautiful sunsets. The area feels very safe and our stay was very relaxing.

    Unit needs updating and a deep cleaning, had to pick up keys and parking pass from leasing agent 2 miles away, not convenient at all. Keys to pools worked poorly. However, view and access to beach and pool were amazing.

    We had a fabulous 10 day stay right on the ocean front. Such a beautiful view to wake up to and hear the waves crashing at night. We came back to Wisconsin with the much needed ? Vaca we needed! Thanks for making this trip memorable. We hope to come back real soon!

    This condo is great because of the beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. We sat on the porch every morning. The area is secure, requires a key to get to main building and pool. The pool is heated and was great on cooler days. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of beach towels. We would come back again!
