Quick and efficient communication. Easy process, no issues at all! The place was amazing, in addition to the location being ten minutes to less from the mall, restaurants, gym, etc!

This is our second time staying in this lovely home. It is always clean and such a simple stay with access to coffee shops, gas and shopping. The area is very safe and the parking is easy. We can’t say enough about this little spot.

Location of rental was perfect for our needs. We were close to our destination, grocery stores and eateries.The rental itself was clean and there was plenty of parking available. Bed's were comfy and there were tv's in every room....no cable but you can easily log into streaming devices.The only con was communication that consisted of a few things. 1. The refrigerator was broken, in its place was a small hotel fridge. This was not known in advance so we had to run out and get ice for our cooler so our groceries wouldn't spoil. It was an unexpected inconvenience that cost time and an extra expense. 2. The towels and toilet paper were rationed at 2 per bathroom (1st floor bath only had 1) and paper towel was one roll per stay. This was communicated about 4 hours before checkin but we were already on our way. Thankfully the grocery store was close so we could replenish the paper products but if we had known in advance we could have brought our own. We did have to wash towels during stay but laundry detergent was provided.Outside of that, there were ample coffee pods and creamer to use for the Keurig and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances.I would stay here again, as the refrigerator issue is a one off situation, but if you are staying here soon I would ask in advance if the normal size one is up and running.

The property was excellent for our needs and definitely better than staying a hotel. It is conveniently walking distance to various restaurants and grocery stores. The beds are comfortable and all bathrooms are newly renovated. My only recommendation is to stock the kitchen with a few more items for guests. For example, we had to purchase a wine opener. We will definitely be returning. Thanks!

We stayed here while the girls of the family went to a bridal shower.The place had everything you need for a short stay… It is walking distance to many restaurants… coffee spots and grocery stores. The place was new and clean …

We waited for 30 minutes after check-in time before we received the door code. No check in or check out instructions prior to check in. Never received check-out info. WiFi did not work at first. The property was clean and nice. Bare minimum in the kitchen. Hosts were responsive to our messages and took care of door and WiFi.
