Stayed Feb 5, 2026The host was extremely helpful when we left a diamond ring that fell during the night beside the nightstand and wasn’t discovered until hours after we checked out. They went above and beyond to find it and send it to us. The three bedroom two bath, handicap-accessible unit is exactly what we needed as we were traveling with one elderly person who needed the rails around the toilet and the handicap parking space in front. The beds were very comfortable and a good layout for many types of guest groups. The unit was hotel clean. The chair in the living room needs to be replaced in the worst way. You will sink all the way to the floor like an Adirondack chair. There is a very nice welcome basket in the kitchen with laundry and sink supplies, a single coffee packet in its own filter, and several other helpful items. However, the coffee pot is an old-style Mr. Coffee. This isn’t a problem. Just bring more coffee that is already in its own filter. The ice maker doesn’t work but trays were provided. There is a beautiful view of the golf course and a nice screened in porch. We were there to make memories with aging parents and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful condo community on a golf course. Very private, quiet and upscale. Pool facilities were exceptional. Clubhouse had computer to print out boarding passes. Amenities provided by host were nice, dishwasher and clothes washer pods, paper towels, well stocked kitchen. There was a brand-new tower clothes washer/dryer combo installed.Unfortunately, there were a few glitches. The sliding glass door locks didn't work so the only lock was a flimsy screen door Lanai lock. We called and couldn't convince them this was a security issue. We had to brace the sliding glass doors with a chair from the inside so it couldn't be fully opened. They basically blew us off when we called. There was also no way to lock the entry door from the inside such as a chain lock or deadbolt. Very clean condo on arrival. However, the rug is badly stained and needs replacement.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024Our stay at the Messina Vacation Rental at Lely Resort was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The condo is spacious, fully equipped, and perfect for us. The lanai overlooking the tranquil lake quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The resort amenities were fantastic—we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts daily. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Naples' stunning beaches and excellent restaurants. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a great place to stay. Couple draw backs were the living room furniture was nice but you sunk into it and was hard to get out of for someone short or with bad knees. The second bathroom had no place to put anything. Sink had no vanity just a very small sink and in the shower you had to put your toiletries on the floor. Service and communication was great. Will rent from you again.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022Very disappointed with the condo considering price. Huge stains on carpet. Ice maker broken, one bedroom door lock was so loose it was not useable for fear of locking children into room. Front door was sticking so bad, that after pushing door open, the entire door frame broke. Mold in shower corner on ceiling. The pool was generally dirty any time after it opened . Highlight was the quick response to my request to get the front door fixed. This felt more like an Econolodge than a $5000+ weekly rental.
