Melody of Evanston 3BD, 2BA UrbanLux Condo

The condon was well sized for our family of 5. The convenience of parking in the garage wqs a plus with the frigid temps. We also appreciated that the location was walkable to most places downtown.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well-outfitted condo! Tons of windows so bright and cheery. Comfortable beds and cozy seating area in front of giant flatscreen tv in open living room/kitchen area. Dedicated parking space underground was also a nice perk! The host could not have been more helpful! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Space was great for our family. Five adults and an infant. Beds were super comfortable, and the apartment was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was spacious and clean. Also, within walking distance to downtown Evanston and the train station which was a plus since we did not have a vehicle.

This property is conveniently located for Northwestern families and to all of Evanston and beyond. The condo was quiet, clean, and had all the comforts of home! The full size washer and dryer were a very nice amenity. The host seemed to think of everything that might be needed and we appreciated having coffee and tea available when we woke up! The sheets and bedding were all very soft and the views from the windows lovely - we will be back!

This was a much nicer and spacious option for coming to Evanston with the family than staying in a hotel. Great location and really nice amenities like a pool. We would definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect and so well planned. I initially misunderstood how to check-in and the host got back to me right away. I didn't have to communicate with her the rest of the time because the instructions were thorough, but also clear and concise. I was also grateful that I didn't have to buy my own toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Sometimes when i get a rental, I feel compelled to rewash all of the linens immediately, but I could tell this place was immaculate, so I could just relax and enjoy my stay. The apartment was beautiful and it was so fun that there was a pool and gym on-site. Totally recommend.

We stayed at the condo with adult children. The location was perfect for our event in Evanston. It was easy check in and check out, parking underground at the facility and all the accessories needed for a nice stay. We were able to walk to get neighborhood pizza one evening, Japanese street food one evening and fabulous pastries one morning. Very much recommend this rental.

Comfortable accommodations with separate bedrooms for 5 traveling friends. Although the apartment can accommodate 8, there were only dishes for 6, so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Very clean. Frustrating WIFI: none in parking garage nor lobby. Had to go outside of the building to access info about check in.

The property was wonderful! It was clean and located perfectly for getting around the north shore. We enjoyed our visit!!

The Melody was a fantastic apartment. Perfect location, the right size for our family, easy to get to and from campus. Our host a very quick to respond to any question. An added bonus was the parking spot looked inside the parking garage.

Our small group of friends loved this rental! It had a comfortable gathering space where we could hang out and catch up. The location was great - we could walk to coffee shops and restaurants for dinner. We had great views of the sunset as well. Communication with the owner was great as well.

Our family gathered at this cute little place for a Chicago weekend. The condo was spacious for our family of eight (five adults and three kids), very quiet, and clean. Communication was excellent and accommodating. We’d highly recommend this property.

Easy communication with host, apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Will book again for future trips to visit children at Northwestern.
