Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment near Lake Michigan in Evanston, Illinois. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting living space. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed, soft linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. The clean and well-maintained bathroom features a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

The apartment is designed with your comfort in mind, offering air conditioning for those warm summer days and heating for cooler evenings. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

You will have full access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
We do not have a designated parking spot, but free street parking is available across the neighborhood. Please be sure to read all street signs and tow-zone notices before parking to avoid tickets or towing.

There is also a paid parking in Sheridan Square.

We also recommend using apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz which can help you find convenient and affordable parking spots in the area.

**HOUSE RULES**

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help keep the space safe, clean, and pleasant for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Shoes off, please. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the unit.

No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 damage fee.

No drugs, including marijuana.

No illegal activities anywhere on the property.

No parties or events.

No outside visitors.

No overnight guests without prior approval from the host.

Food storage: Please store all food in designated areas and do not leave food out to help prevent pests.

Kitchen use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe counters, stove, and microwave. No dirty dishes left in the sink overnight.

Damages: If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange repair or replacement.

Checkout cleaning:
Please wash dishes, return moved furniture to its original place, and take out the trash before checkout.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash left throughout the unit, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.

Towels & linens: Provided for your entire stay. If you need extras, please let us know in advance. A $50 fee applies to cover the cleaner’s trip. Paid laundry facilities are available in the building.

Lost keys: A $300 fee applies for lock and key replacement. Please note that lost keys cannot be replaced immediately, and you may temporarily lose access to the unit and building amenities.

Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Late checkout: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout without prior approval will incur a $50 fee, which covers the cleaner’s waiting time.

    It was great. The only thing was the people in the apartment above and the hard walking/noise. Not a lot to do about it but overall a wonderful stay.Thank you

    Condo was as pictured, very clean, updated, comfortable. Full kitchen, well equipped. Since it’s an older updated building, there are few electrical outlets. Bring a power strip or two. Parking was not too hard to find, the farthest away we had to park was just over one block. CTA station was 10-15 minute walk. Close to parks, walking paths and beaches - be aware you need to buy a beach pass to access the beaches. $12 per person/day. We enjoyed our stay.
